Incompetence all around! First off they labeled all of our paint cans the wrong color labels. Then we wait weeks for a washer and dryer to be delivered. The day of the delivery we wait all day, driver says he's on the way. An hour and a half later they text us saying the delivery was attempted but they couldn't deliver it. No one attempted any delivery and now we're stuck waiting another 2 weeks. Why put up with this with Lowes next door?

If anyone at Home Depot has a clue about customer service they hide it very well. Order product on Friday to be delivered on Monday. Waited all day. No delivery. No product means I am paying people to stand around. Called and was told that the "guy" who delivers never came by to pick my order up. Asked for truck delivery for the next day and was told it was impossible because he was already booked. No sense of any service even attempted. Was told the next available date was 4 days later.

Regina in appliance is amazing!! She turned a not so good situation into a great one. This woman spent over an hour with me and went through every detail to make sure I was making the best decision for me. There should be more people like her ?

Situation not yet resolved, but it would be worth anyone thinking of dealing with Home Depot on Anderson Lane to read. In short, refrigerator delivered this morning. Two men left the refrigerator in the foyer and left. Left without having me sign anything, left without having me look it over for damages. They just took off. Refrigerator has scratches down the front of the refrigerator. I assume, because it was not covered and the two men delivering, were not built physically to deliver such a large appliance. I can only assume they took off, because they saw the scratches and didn't want to take it back to the truck. We will see what Chuck the Store manager does to resolve. So far, I have been told, although they were just up the street when I called. They will not be back until Monday AFTER Thanksgiving. Unacceptable on so many levels and so disappointing.

Our brand new refrigerator worked for 2 days and quit. That was February 17th. Whirlpool sent two different repair guys out here and ordered two parts, which ended up being on back order. Home Depot agreed to replace the refrigerator. Upon delivery, the replacement had a huge dent in the side that busted all the way through to the inside. Today, the repair man came with the parts to repair. Hours later, the refrigerator is still making the same noise it was before. That’s 4 vacation days we have wasted trying to get this refrigerator resolved. Who can go 7 weeks without a refrigerator?!?! We’ve had to buy a new one, this time from your competition. While your $3,000 refrigerator is sitting in our basement still not working…pitiful.

My experience was with their delivery/installation services. I purchased a dishwasher a couple of months ago. When it was finally delivered, the installation guy had trouble installing it. Then when he finally got it installed, he informed me that he couldn't mount it...that I would have to do it myself. ??? I contacted the delivery/installation services team and they sent someone out to mount it.....2 weeks later....... Now after having the dishwasher for a couple of months, it just quit working. I contacted Bosch and they told me that there could be an issue with the electrical/junction box that the installer hard wired the dishwasher to. Now I have to get s local Bosch appliance repair company to come out and check it out. I WILL NEVER USE HOME DEPOT AGAIN FOR APPLIANCE INSTALLATION!!!! THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.

Do not purchase an appliance from Home Depot. I want to tell my recent experience. On February 17 a 1400.00 Whirlpool refrigerator was delivered to our home. Two weeks later the refrigerator stopped cooling in the refrigerator portion. When we called Home Depot we were told that our window to return to the store had passed and that we had to take our complaint to Whirlpool. I respectfully disagreed saying we purchased it from Home Depot but my complaints were to no avail. The

Wonderful customer service, the sales associate that helped me was wonderful! She took the time and listened to me the entire visit while finding me the perfect new dishwasher, Thank you Grace!

The staff here are always helpful and friendly. The selection is good, but not as good as I would prefer. If they kept more items in stock, I would gladly increase the rating to 5 stars. I realize Covid-19 has hurt HD and other businesses, but it would be helpful if inventory was a little more accurate. This goes for all the HD stores within an hour of this store. I've had to travel to multiple HD stores more than once to find what I needed to complete a project.

I had a crazy return today and Gretchen (working returns) was awesome. I kept thanking her and she said it was her job. I was thanking her for that. A lot of people can do that job but her attitude and customer service was off the charts.

I've been getting wheatstraw bales (20)for a couple of days now and the people there are lazy and be having attitudes. Just cause I asked to get the dry ones cause I don't want the wet ones ? He gave me an attitude and was mumbling stuff. Worst service ever. Please get back to me. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me the manager right there. So the manager didn't do none.

The employee in the plumbing department told me, "you probably know more about plumbing than I do, but go ahead and ask". not very good customer service.
