Nick is great. Even though the lift he installed was out of warranty, he still leveled it back out after it settled a little bit. Customer service is top notch!

We recently transitioned from a v-hull boat to a tri-toon. With that came the next step of converting our lift to accommodate the new boat. We contacted several lift installation companies and all but one gave us a response that their pontoon conversion kits would not work with our lift. Great communication prior to installation. Excellent installation of lift with a great attitude. Several adjustments had to be made for our boat to fit perfect. The installers initiated the adjustments without me saying anything. They stayed after it until everything was perfect. This shows they take pride in their work! Thank you!

The whole crew at TN Boat Lifts has been excellent wo work with getting our new lift. We’ve only had the lift a short time but it seems to be a very well built lift and it’s doing it’s job, keeping our boat out of the lake, while we aren’t using it.We would definitely recommend TN Boat Lifts for anything lift or dock related.

I just recently had two jet ski docs installed by the team at TN Boat Lifts and Docks. Robert and his team did a fantastic job coming out and executing exactly what I was needing. The entire process was smooth from initial contact all the way through installation. I am super pleased with the entire experience. I have an existing dock that needed to be widened for a new boat. I called a local company that basically said they didn't have time for anything but selling me a new dock. These guys came out, formulated a strategy, and were very fairly priced in their estimate. There were no overages, and they got the job done when they said they would. I wouldn't think of working with anyone else and you shouldn't either.

We contacted several dock companies in order to select the right dock company for us. When we called Nick Harley and were immediately amazed how easy he was to work with; A few of Nick’s strengths were his knowledge of Old Hickory Lake, Drakes Creek in Hendersonville, and the structural requirements of a shallow water aluminum dock. Nick was also well versed with Army Corps of Engineers guidelines and requirements.We asked for a written proposal for a 700 sq. ft. aluminum dock with two slips and RGC hydraulic floor lifts. Nick hand delivered two dock options for us to consider along with firm pricing the very next day. We signed the contract which also included delivery date of dock materials and hydraulic boat lifts. Nick Harley delivered all the commitments he made to us in a timely manner and when he delivered the dock, we were stunned at how beautiful the dock was and how perfectly functional it was.We recommend that you contact Nick Harley at Tennessee Boat Lifts and Docks if you are considering adding or replacing a dock. OMG these guys are amazing. Quick responding, the ability to think out of the box when in need of custom designed lift and dock design. Came in on budget and under time schedule. This is hard to find this day and age. Thanks so much Nick you deserve 10 stars.
