Convenient but very unorganized. I never can get work done in a timely manner. They tell you a time frame(same day) and it ends up being 2 days or more.Very confused because I was only getting one tire replaced. I call to check on vehicle only for them to tell me it was finished this morning. I questioned if I missed the call and there response was "We are sorry". I then noticed that tire was put on backwards!

OMG! Alex did a phenomenal job! Way to go Alex! Your customer service and your workmanship was outstanding! We are so grateful for taking care of our car and making sure we were safe. If I was able to I would give them 0 stars. Their associate or manager by the name of Eric is scandalous. The mechanics are phenomenal and know what they're doing. Eric on the other hand is not. Because we didn't think we needed new tires for over $800 refused to give us a replacement tire under warranty for free like they were supposed to. Instead he found a way to charge us $150 for a new tire under warranty and try to tell us we needed to pay for an alignment under warranty as well that he said hadn't been done despite the mechanics telling us that it had. He's bad news for that store and is a horrible person

I used to get my oil changed here, but over the past few weeks, they’ve been too busy to do it—unless I want to drop off my car and wait for hours. So this is no longer a good option for me. The problem is they focus on tires (obviously with that name), but they don’t have the manpower and time to do the other stuff.

If you like wasting your time and the run around, this is the place for you. Even with an appointment you will probably wait for hours. They might even tell you they can repair your tire when they indeed CANNOT.

My latest visit was for an oil change & rotation. Eric got this handled with his guys promptly. I've been using TD for about 11 years now and they just always seem to take care of me and my vehicles. I highly recommend calling for Eric or Gracie to let them take care of your vehicles.

I really hate leaving negative reviews because I never want to be that person but our experience was absolutely terrible. We made my appointment for my tires online in January. The confirmation email stated that someone would reach out to us prior to the appt to confirm. My husband called the day before our appointment (March 15) to confirm since we hadn’t heard anything and while on the phone, he was told that the tires we chose were not in stock at the store (even though our appointment was scheduled in January and we chose the tires then) and that he would need to come down to the store and put a deposit down in order to get them in stock in time for the appt. My husband did just that- made a special trip down to the store and paid for the tires. We dropped the car off at 8am the day of the appt (Saturday) and my husband got a call at 10am, 2 hrs after we dropped the car off, saying that they wouldn’t be able to get the tires until Monday (even though my husband made a special trip down to the store specifically to pay for the tires so that they would get them in time for the appt) and asked if we wanted a different type of tire. We declined and they apologized and stated that they would get the tires from a different location and have it done that day, and stated they would keep us updated. Come 4:30, we still had gotten no update and no call. We searched up the number to call them and saw that they closed at 4pm and wouldn’t reopen until Monday. We still tried to call and got a messaging system stating they were closed. We rushed out of the house and made the 25 min drive up there with my spare key in panic mode not knowing what to expect. We arrived at around 5:15pm and found my car sitting outside UNLOCKED. The doors to the building were locked but thank god there were still people there. They were apologetic about not calling us which I appreciated but this whole experience was just awful. Had we not had a spare key to my car and gotten there 30 mins later, would the employees have left and just left my car in the parking lot unlocked until Monday when they reopened?!?! I’m definitely not ignorant to the fact that most places are short staffed and everyone is doing the best that they can, but we are just as important as the next customers and I do not feel like we were treated that way at all.

I came by yesterday and was told it would be $340 to replace my FRONT brake pads and only take him “a couple hours”. He said he would get me in first thing in the morning so i show up at 8 am and i’m not in the system he has to put me in there again and i give him my key and leave. i hear nothing AT ALL so by 2:30 i call and the woman is rude and all she says is if i haven’t gotten a call then it isn’t ready and wouldn’t give me any other info. i call again around 5 and they once again don’t have me in the system so they put me in and say it’ll be done by 6. so i’ve been waiting 9 hours at this point and when i finally show up after close at 7:30 the woman is rude and told me id have to pay $550. they said he ended up replacing my rear brake pads without telling or asking me and wanted me to pay $200 more than i was quoted.
