I just left TD and Melisa did us a solid. She was professional, fast, and knew her job! The sensor in my car wouldn't turn off and my husband wanted tires rotated! We just purchased this car and it needed some tweeking! I will return and suggest everyone check em' out! Thankx Ms Melisa. ?

New tires and front end balance? Yea no.. started at 11:30 and now it’s 3:30 and still not done. Never getting tires here again
4:30 now and still not done.
Update : they finally finished at 5:20. And to be fair they were short handed. They should have explained that it would take a while I would have rescheduled. They need help with manpower.

I just moved here and heard great things about tire discounters in terms of honesty and quality. I called Melissa the Store Owner at the Hendersonville location this morning and told her I needed a tire repair. She had me in and out in 30 minutes and didn’t charge me because she said they want to keep southern hospitality going! I literally went to Kroger finished my shopping and my car was ready. Alex was the technician who completed it and he was very kind and time efficient. I can’t say better things about Melissa for how kind and professional she is, she is a very polished amaible owner! 5 star rating doesn’t suffice, if I could give it a 10… I would.

Just had four new Cooper tires installed on my Silverado pick up truck. The pricing was competitive and the service was outstanding! Melissa was a professional in every sense of the word. I am sure will be coming back there again!

I had a situation of a blown tire. It happened next to Hendersonville Tire Discounters. I was crying but Melisa was at the desk n greeted me with a smile. She listened while I cried n gave me a cold water n a comfortable seat assuring me she would take care of me AND SHE DID. She has won my business n I have 4 cars. I called HR n told them that she is the reason I will be back!

Very quick alignment service. Finished in an hour even though it was supposed to take longer, and other places were booked up. They also fixed my truck door that wasn't closing properly!

Came in for oil change and repair a tire. 2.5 hours later, they claimed they were done and charged me for the oil change. Left to discover they didn't repair the tire. Went to another location for the repair and discovered the other location didn't even change my oil. The DM contacted me and the made it right.

Take all of your tire business elsewhere, your wallet will thank you. A couple of days ago, I got my tires rotated and balanced, and once I finally got on the highway, over an hour later, the vehicle started shaking really bad. I was fortunate enough to find another tire place outside the city, and they said the tires were not done correctly. I was over an hour outside the city and had an important family issue to attend to so I couldn't just turn around. I come back today and they say they can't help me because I didn't bring it back to them. So I'm out extra money and in Nashville, extra money goes a long way.
