“This store has improved very much. There are friendly employees and I find lots of treasures. With the floor being more organized, it has been easier for us to shop. I love this store.”
“I wandered into this boutique a couple of years ago. I have been going ever since . The owner Cynthia's has a beauty shop in the back . She is one of the most caring people I have ever met. The emotional support, hugs and prayers she gave me will never be forgotten and was definitely appreciated. Some of the clothes are brand new with the tag still on them. They also have non perishable food bank in the back. It is ran by her good friend, Rochelle. When you go to this store you will definitely fill appreciated and loved. Finally she accepts volunteers too.”
“Awesome place to shop! Great values on so many special items! Great choices in all departments! Fantastic sales on men’s clothing, children’s clothing, women’s clothing, shoes, persons, sporting goods, housewares books greeting cards, and too many other things to list! One of the best thrift stores to shop in! And everything goes to Help folks with all kinds of needs!”
“Best vintage shop that I went to in Nashville. Of course the prices are higher than at a thrift store because this is a curated vintage store. The prices and selection are far better than the other vintage stores I went to in town.”
“I had always loved the clothes at Sugar Pea and can almost always find something. Since Apryl has taken over, I find myself hanging around more and engaging with conversation about our everyday lives. She is genuine and delightful. A must visit and shop atmosphere and stick around for the down to earth lady conversation that will surely make you lose track of time. Apryl makes you feel like a life long friend.”
“The workers were great!
And the store was clean.
I was looking for summer blouses & summer dresses. The blouses were neat, organized & enough room to see them without having to take them off the rod. But the dress section was too crammed with too many dresses shoved together. It wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get a better look at any of them. No one should ever have to work that hard to shop for clothes. Those dresses should easily slide on the rod, with enough room in between each dress for the customer to get a good enough look & decide if they want to pull it out & try it on. Honestly, there's no excuse. Someone should be going through those dresses twice a day, to make sure there's some space between each, if they want them to sell.
UPDATE I got a scripted response from Goodwill thanking me for shopping there, but didn't address the cramped dress rack issue, which was really
disappointing because there were SO MANY dresses that had it not been so strenuous to look thru them, I would have loved to go back & get a couple.”
“Love this Goodwill! The employees are very friendly and remember the regular customers. I only go in twice a month maybe, but they still acknowledge me when I do go in! The store is always clean and well stocked too! Polar opposite of the Hermitage Goodwill that's for sure!”
“Good to help others while getting stuff you need lots of clothes and shoes toys books & movies as well as household appliances dishes silverware n coffee mugs ?✌️”
“Fun shop to look around. Mostly clothing but there's also household goods of all sorts and jewelry. Some prices are high on clothing, but they do have deals every day depending on tag color.”
