Attended a pasta cooking class and it was amazing. Chef Blake has so much knowledge and experience and he applies it very well in the class. A must attend for anyone that has any interest in real food that tastes incredible. What a great place to visit in Hendersonville. We will surely go back!

The best steak I’ve ever had…I’m a newbie to NOT buying grocery meat anymore. The guy who helped me was incredibly informative on everything that was in store and in leading me in the correct direction on what to buy for my husband. Needless to say, we are big fans now! I’ll be back.

Blake the owner was extremely nice. Educated me on the questions I was asking and gave tons of good tips and tricks. I believe I have found my new butcher! They also do classes which is nice. A lot of the products are locally sourced. Loved the whole experience.

If you are looking for a local butcher shop, where the owner is not only knowledgeable but very patient, look no further.I was very impressed with the selection and professionalism.As for the prices, you get what you pay for. It is not the cheapest in town, but it shouldn't be. All of the cuts I ordered, where amazing.

We were looking for fresh, good-quality meat in the area and almost missed this hidden gem! My mom stopped by here while we were at the plaza and met the owner, Blake. He recommended we try the sweet Italian sausages paired with some local honey (from Gallatin), and let me tell you - they were in a whole different league from those generic, supermarket sausages. We will definitely be getting our fresh meat from The Meetchop from now on, and we can't recommend them enough. 5 stars!!

I recently discovered the meatchop and it’s amazing. I live in Nashville but the drive is worth it. The meat selection is phenomenal and Blake is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. I’ve been back several times in the short duration I’ve known about the place and always been very satisfied. Blake was able to order me a larger quantity of ribs for a competition, something other butchers would not do. The steaks there are phenomenal and everything he keeps on his shelves is top notch. Do yourself a favor and pick up your next dinner here. I also look forward to going to a cooking class in the future.
