Took my 5 year old to be seen on 3/20/2023. He woke up that morning at 6:30 screaming and in pain holding his ear. Was told his ears are clear. Not red. Not infected. Went back home and he slept all afternoon. He woke up around 6:30pm screaming and in pain again and his ear was draining. Took him to a children’s after hours clinic he was in fact diagnosed with an ear infection and the drainage was caused from his ear drum being ruptured. I would not take my dog back to this place. Certainly not my child ever again. He’s now on some antibiotics and will follow up with his pediatrician to check his ear drum again in a few weeks once he completes the antibiotics.

I went in this morning for my 10:00 appt. There was a sign that said only one person working sign into kiosk. Kiosk wasn’t on so I sat 10 mins after my appt tried calling and nobody answered so I started thinking maybe nobody was there. I knocked on the door and the physician bit my head off asking if I saw the sign. I said yes ma’am but kiosk wasn’t on so I was making sure someone was here since it’s 10 mins past my appt time. Needless to say I left and went elsewhere.

Disappointing. The discourteous service, rushed exams and lack of interest in patient well-being really shows.Unfortunately the little clinic has been on a steady decline for years.

As Julia Roberts, once said, "Big mistake. Big. Huge." First, it's the size of a closet. There is a tiny waiting area right by the door where the self check out is. It's cold and flu season so it's full and for the first twenty minutes I'm standing in the walk way of the self check out. My appointment was at 2:20. I got their early to try to check in. Their kiosk was broken and I had to stand there and wait for the receptionist to sign me in. It was 3 before I was actually seen. I know usually you have to wait a little after your appointment time, but when I got in there I knew there was no good reason to have waited as long as I did. The NP, Christie Carr, had zero social skills. She gave me a flu and Covid test and they were negative, but then she said since it's been less than 24 hours since symptoms started, it was probably wrong. Okay. Why did you even give me a test then if you thought it wasn't going to be accurate? Then she said she thought it was "probably flu" but couldn't tell me even an approximation of when I wouldn't be contagious anymore if it was flu. I've had the flu before and I've had an upper respiratory infection. I told her I thought it was an upper respiratory infection and that I needed a steroid pack or something. She said she couldn't gI've met a steroid pack because that might make it worse. She said just take OTC meds to treat symptom. When I asked her what she recommended she couldn't even tell me that. I have never been to a clinic where they didn't at least recommended something to get from the pharmacy isle. She just said there was nothing they do or give me. The only thing that happened from me going there was that they took $25 and over an hour of life away from me. More than that, I was hurting so much and was so frustrated that I started having a panic attack on the drive home. I had to pull over because I couldn't stop crying. I have never posted on yelp before, but if at least one person can avoid the same experience I had, at least something good will have come from it. I should have left with some hope of feeling better but instead I felt worse off than before. NEVER go to this location. There are plenty of other walk in clinics and plenty of other little clinics. This one needs to be shut down.

Appointments are required for vaccinations. I made one online and even got a confirmation email. I showed up at my appointment and was told I was not in the system and I probably picked the wrong location. I showed the confirmation with the correct address and was told it must be a problem with their system and they were completely booked for the rest of the day. No one else was there. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Michael Mann was my sons provider and he was great and very professional. My son is not a fan of going to the doctor and Michael took time with him and made him feel comfortable, he even let my son look in his ears with the otoscope. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge he possesses. We will definitely be back to see him.

When covid first hit, the most accurate Covid test, the PCR test results took about a day and a half. But now I took a test FIVE days ago and still no results!!! We are two years into the pandemic and many places have drastically shortened the time it takes to get results back. But not here. This is unacceptable to have people put their life, work and family on hold for a week until test results come back!

Taking appointments only and no walk ins. Which defeats the purpose of what The Little Clinic was originally meant for. Of course, I would have known they weren’t taking walk ins if they had bothered to answer the phone for the hour prior to me showing up.

I came here twice within two weeks and had the best experience! Robin Swenson is by far the best APN ever! The second time I came there her assistant was a no show, even though she had to register AND treat patients she was beyond kind and caring and addressed every concern and question I had!!! I will be coming back here every time I get sick!! ❤️

My family LOVES this Little Clinic location! We’ve never had any issue making an appointment, and the doctors were always so very kind and always saw us promptly. Most recently, I was so impressed and grateful for how they do COVID testing- they came to us out in our car fully and safely suited up, put our minds at ease, thoroughly explained how to do the swabbing ourselves, and made the process so easy and safe. They really couldn’t have been sweeter or more professional. We will continue to come back to this location for all our minor illnesses!

It’s easy to book online, but I get the feeling they just don’t want to do any actual work. I’ve been sick for weeks with a cold while pregnant. When I arrived, they refused to see me because they don’t take my secondary insurance, just my primary. That’s a lie. Several other clinics just take the primary and have you pay the copay, so that doesn’t make sense. I went to CareNow and got great service instead. I’m thinking of taking all my pharmacy and grocery business from Kroger because of the experience.
