Weird story… Weird experienceI needed to buy a mattress today. I call and the phone is answered with just an abrupt “hello”, I ask if this is the bunkbed guy and the reply is another rude, “well, who do you think”. I was done at hello.If you’re looking to spend your money, the least you want is to spend your money with somebody that is a little polite.Do yourself a favor and skip these guys.

Called their phone number to ask about a mattress and got disrespected on the phone by a pleasant-voiced woman. very odd experience as i am a real customer and she lost business now. she used profanity and attacked me and then hung up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS PLACE!
