I had a coupon for 25% in date - they told me they would only do 20% because they couldn't scan something. Then they took 50 min to do a simple oil change and I was the only person in line. Then at checkout they informed me they would only do 15% percent because that's all they could figure out. Weird vibe and not helpful.

I love the communication between employees and keeping me informed the whole way! The manager there impressed me as she made sure everything was done right while training a handful of people. Even while training they got me in and out in 15 minutes. Also, i didn't even know I had a filter inside my car. They showed me my cabin air filter. Grateful for them since I've never gotten that checked. Thank you take 5!

Been there several times, they never have my filter, I had to go buy it and bring it back, usually I just go somewhere else, other than that the service was good, oh and I had to let them use my washer fluid, they didn't have any

I’d been very pleased with Take 5 and have been going here for my oil changes for quite some time now. However, this last week after my oil change I drove about 3 miles and my check engine light came on and my car wouldn’t go once the red light turned green. I was eventually able to pull over on the side of the road and had to sit there for almost an hour waiting for my husband to assist. Turn out there was oil spilled everywhere! To the point that it was dripping under my car and was even on the body of my car that I had just previously washed. My husband followed me to the nearest auto parts store to read the code. I reset the code and it hasn’t come on since. It seems as if the oil spill caused a mechanical malfunction. Not cool!!! My husband had to get out of a meeting to come help me and I was in a panic. If they did not use a funnel they should and if oil is spilled all over a customers engine clean it up!!!! Between this and the fact that I had to get the person who checked me out to repeat himself about 5-6 times bc he was difficult to understand - I’ll likely go somewhere else from now on. It just wasn’t the same good experience I’d had all other times.

I had a wonderful experience there! It took a little longer than normal because someone was in training They apologized and gave me 50% off my $130 oil change. They certainly did not have to do that, but I am very thankful. I was also impressed that they had me rev up my engine to 3000 RPMs for 3 seconds to make sure there were no leaks. I've never had an oil change place to do that before. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone was so friendly!Service: Oil change

During the process of the oil change and checking the filters, when they put the cover back on the air filter, the attendant used suck force that he broke the support bracket.Service: Oil change

I had a good experience with my oil change. The guys did a good job and were courteous. I had a small plate hanging down underneath my car which they brought to my attention, and they put that back in place. ? Thanks

John is the manager now at this location. Had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and quick. John also pointed out a couple of things to me about my vehicle. Went over and beyond, from someone else’s mistake.keep up the great customer. Service! He’s a keeper

I really appreciate the great service at Take 5 Oil Change in Hendersonville. They really do a fantastic job. Today I was in first thing in the morning so there was absolutely no wait and the whole crew was incredibly friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated Billy’s service and expertise. I really like the low pressure environment and how quick and efficient they are. I’ll definitely bring my car back for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

I never leave negative reviews but I took my Lexus 460 and for an oil change and they not only took 45 minutes, they charged me additional because they said they used over f5 quarts of oil so the total bill was $140 instead of $88… but the kicker is, when I got home my husband checked the level and I was 3 quarts short…. they broke a crucial part of my vehicle the coolant valve, which then caused me to break down on the interstate and refused to pay for repairs claiming they had nothing to do with it, however i had just spent 3000 dollars on my car the day before they changed my oil. he part and labor were only 230 bucks and they refused to cover it. i will never use their company again. i have no tolerance for companies that don't make their mistakes right

I asked for an oil change. They asked if I wanted an air filter change. I said no. They proceeded to find other ways to charge me things without asking. I waited 20 minutes before they even worked on my car, then it took another 30 to change the oil and all the other things they did. Five minutes? Not even close. Total bill: $150. Never returning.

The service was terrible. Employee that waited on me was very lazy and seems like I was bothering him being there. They left one of the covers off the engine until someone walked overAnd said what is this. I will never go back there.Services: Air conditioning

The employees that work there now are nowhere near as good as the employees that used to work there. Even when I had to wait to pull into a bay before because the bays were full of customers I still didn't have to spend more than about 10 minutes there.This time I was waiting in the bay for 15 minutes or more before I was able to leave and they didn't even check my tire pressures or ask if I was interested in any other services. Very poor customer service.
