We started our son here after the daycare we used for years and LOVED closed. We were so nervous about a fresh start, but we didn’t need to be! We have been welcomed in easily. Our son loves coming and asks to come to school. The gym is fantastic for rainy days, and the app is user friendly and so nice for updates throughout the day. 5 stars!!

Both of my girls go here and I can’t say enough great things about the center and the teachers! We love all the teachers that we interact with there - everyone is so sweet and caring. It is a great feeling knowing that when I drop my kids off, they are in good hands. I pick them up happy, healthy and ready to go back the next day.

Our son has been with sumner kindercare since they opened the facility. We are so grateful to have him in a place that he is truly loved and safe. His teachers Miss Jasmyne and Miss Brianna are his two favorite people and as a mom it is such a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he is in the care of people that truly have his best interest in mind. Mrs. Kelsy, the director has been an actual angel with everything she’s done for the facility and personally for our family! The whole staff is nothing but smiles and i wouldn’t choose anywhere else for my baby to be! Thank you sumner Kinder care!

Both of my kids go here and I love them! They are so kind and they always do so so great with the kiddos. They are very great with updates and sending plenty of pictures of your littles throughout your day. The communication is also wonderful. Oh and activities? Do not worry lol they have PLENTY to do with the kids, always. I love that my kids go here and they also love coming here.

As a first time mom that travels 75% out of the month for work, I cannot express how grateful I am for the partnership, support, communication, and overall happiness that Sumner KinderCare provides myself and my family. My little one started at 7 weeks and the staff has gone above and beyond for this anxious mama! The teaching staff and administration has helped us navigate through all the firsts, including a severe food allergy, eczema, and providing a “village” as our family support can be limited due to distance at times. The teachers are incredibly communicative and friendly. They provide multiple pictures and notes throughout the day. They are honest about our LO’s day and are open to partnering to make his routines consistent. And my son LOVES all of the teachers! The rooms are clean and organized too.The administration greet us with smiles and have always gone above and beyond with any concerns or questions we have. They remember small details about our family and check in on us, making us feel special and not just another number. They also have fun activities to take home or take aways like breakfast which is a great pick me up. The commute is out of our way, but we cant imagine going anywhere else!

Our kids have been attending Sumner KinderCare for over a year and our experience has been great! We love getting updates through the day along with pictures of the kids. Communication is great. The director and assistant director are always ready to help and to answer any questions either in person or through the app. You get the feeling that they are not just watching our babies, but that they truly care for them. They have extra curricular activities (Soccer Shots) you can sign up for and is super convenient since it’s all at the center! Nice clean facilities as well!

This daycare is 0 stars they need to be shut down an trained right. Don’t put your kid here not safe. This place is all bout them selfs an not the kids. Do your research an think twice before putting your kid here go els where. I don’t recommend this place.

My granddaughter has gone there since they opened. I love, love, love all the photos they share of all the amazing things they do everyday. As a grandma, I appreciate the fact that I can “see” a lot of her daily activities. The staff have always been super friendly and I know my granddaughter loves them. She has also learned a lot academically and socially. You can see her progress and watch her interacting with her peers in positive ways.I would highly recommend this childcare!!

We have loved our experience with Sumner KinderCare!! All of the teachers, along with the Director and Assistant Director are so incredibly caring! They post daily reports and photos in a convenient app, and have always notified us with any special updates on our son. They truly care about the children and their development, and want the best for them! I can’t say enough good things about them!

The entire Summer KinderCare team is very warm, welcoming and caring towards families. My daughter had an excellent time at Sumner KinderCare. Her teachers offered the best care from Day 1! The engaging activities and learning curriculum (even for infants) at KinderCare is amazing. I truly appreciate and am very thankful for the high quality work from the Sumner KinderCare teachers and staff.

They have an issue keeping staff and are always switching people around which leaves no consistency for the kids. One day when we picked up the teacher asked what my daughters name was, she said she had been caring for her all day without knowing her name, which means they have no clue what kids are where and what allergies these kids may have. Switched to a new daycare, my daughter is much happier.

My daughter has allergies, I was very very clear with multiple members of the staff that I would be providing substitutes. FIRST DAY, they give her food containing both and did not offer the drink I packed for her so they just gave her water. Another day They kept the kids outside on a heat index of 90 degrees, my daughters water cup was completely full when I got her that day and she was RED and sweating. Teachers quit after the first week. When I walked in to meet the new teachers they didn’t acknowledge me, or introduce herself or came to acknowledge my baby. one was just standing around doing nothing while multiple kids were wailing around her. They assumed she was much older as well so they just didn’t help her with stuff like offering her MILK, FOOD, and WATER. Who does that? Even if she was older they should know better. Why not even try? You’re dealing with children and they seem to not care at all.Her diaper was supposed to be changed every 2 hours. They changed it every 3. The new teachers lied about how much she slept for the day, not a single day has my baby slept 2 hours straight and they said she did. The updates for the day were not on time, I had to send multiple messages per day to get updates. When I brought up all of these issues only the assistant apologized, the director and everyone else there were very dismissive.Horrible experience, do not recommendAs a last note, the teachers all look miserable and disheveled. Very unprofessional looks, if I was running the place I’d at least have some T-shirt’s or something to mark they are teachers there and not just random people. Basic security measure.
