Don’t even bother putting in a mobile order, they told me my order is further back in the queue even though the drive through was completely empty they made me either come inside to wait to get my 2 coffees or gave me the option to circle the empty drive through until it was “my turn”. So I could have just pulled up and ordered and it would have been faster. What’s the difference?? What is the point of a mobile order for 2 coffees if I’m going to have to wait longer than I would if I just pulled up and ordered? No sense at all. It’s not like it’s going to hold up the nonexistent line, they already make the drinks to order. As soon as we got inside one of the drinks were ready so why couldn’t they just hand them to me in the drive through??

Rude barista that talks in a condescending manner. Did not prepare my order correctly. Worst customer service and experience. They did the opposite of what I asked them for on my order.

Dietary restrictions: Mostly vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to love coming in and getting a hot cocoa and sitting next to their parents. It's sweet.

Absolutely awful customer service. I placed a mobile order and joined the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker, I told the barista I had a mobile order. To which she told me “I don’t see it. You’re gonna need to circle the building a few times and then get back in line because I don’t have that”. I left the drive thru line and parked for 10 minutes, rejoined the line and restated that I had a mobile order. To which she responds that they have it. Great, no problem waiting I understand that they were busy, maybe understaffed whatever… I get the the window, the barista hands me a watered down coffee that looks like it had been sitting on the counter for a while as well as a cold breakfast sandwich. I go to this Starbucks location very often and have never experienced such terrible attitudes from the staff here. Very disappointed.

Love this location! I go here almost every morning and all the baristas in the Drive-thru remember me by name. They are always friendly and helpful. Especially Amanda, she is always in a great mood and brightens my day!

First I would like to mention that I am a highly patronizing customer for Starbucks. Unfortunately, I was denied service at this location (Indian Lake) because I made three viable complaints on the customer service that management is lacking, as well as making drinks incorrectly or not to satisfaction of customers. I came into this location on October 16th through the drive through as I always do and one of the workers told me that I had been banned from this location from the Manager Sarah. I have made several complaints on this one particular Manager regarding her attitude and her response if you make a complaint regarding how your drink is being made.This location seems to be a group full of dysfunctional and racially profiling individuals. I am requesting that someone who is over the Manager Sarah to give me a call or contact me through email. I do not feel that I should be banned from a store because I have made complaints on a manager behavior and the quality of the drinks. I called the Corporate office and they didn’t seem to know who I could contact in a situation like this. I also noticed that this same manager sent a letter to my email describing the same behavior of what I originally complained in her about.This should not be tolerated. This manager behavior has been irate, disrespectful, unprofessional and unwelcoming for a little over a year. These managers should not have the authority to make false accusations about a customer and ban a customer from a store simply because they don’t like them or the customer has made valid complaints about the behavior and the quality of the drinks regarding management.

This Starbucks, in particular, makes an excellent Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. Oddly enough there are very few Starbucks that make it this way. I wish others made it this well.
