Staples online ordering is incredibly easy and efficient. Delivery is always fast and the associates have always been prompt and polite when picking up orders.

I just think that it's a wonderful thing that you can now drop off Amazon returns in the store and get a coupon for 15% off on anything in the store the day you drop it off. I picked up a sweet set of pens that day that were on sale plus the 15%. It's a win win that ya don't have to drive across town looking for a UPS drop off and one gets a bargain as well..!!!

Most items, especially clearance, did not have prices on (or near) them. And ones that did have prices, they were wrong - all were MUCH HIGHER when I got to the register. Ended up purchasing NOTHING. Walked out of store very frustrated. 2024-02-19. I have no reason to spend my hard-earned money there.

Very frustrated! My brother told me he had a great experience here so I gave it a try. 3 employees behind the counter. I didn’t have a box at home to fit the frames for pictures being sent. They said download this app fill all the info, boxes are over there go to the main registers to ring it in.After testing it all the boxes I ended up with one way too big but I had a long frame, wish an associate would have assisted alittle, but no.Got back up to the front and they saw there was glass so they suggested going to the self desk to wrap. There was about 4 inches left, which did nothing.I asked if they had tape hoping they might help, nope, handed me a tape gun I start taping and bring it to the front to see if they might bubble tape the products a bit more nope. I tape up the top of the box and proceed. They scan the code for my app and they get an error. They try to restart scan again , no luck. Move me to another associate 15 minutes later, no luck. Call over a manager, he does nothing says sorry no luck go to UPS. About an hour for nothing!! Ended up getting amazing service at UPS. They said wow this box is way too big and you’re definitely going to need more bubble wrap! Let me help you with that! In and out in 5 minutes!! I think you guys should take some notes from them for sure. Felt extremely ignored and embarrassed the whole time I was at staples no advice or help just issue after issue!

Steven was great. He was very knowledgeable on the printers. Took the time to help me out and steer me in the tight direction. Felt very welcomed here. Will definitely come back here for any office needs.

Do NOT return your Amazon packages here. They will not scan your barcode. This means there is no proof that your Amazon package was returned here. I was told to just set it on the counter and someone would take care of it. When I told them I wanted them to scan my barcode to get a receipt as proof that I turned them in there, the lady said walk over there and I'll help you After I check out this next customer. Even though I stood in line and waited. Then once I was helped, they told me they would not scan anything, and I had to go somewhere else. They need to be taken off of Amazon Return!

The grocery store I work at uses staples brand invisible tape. Smooth as scotch tape!! Highly recommend!!!

I just went in to drop off an item to the Happy Place Return (I think is the name) & of course after doing that I found myself going through the store purchasing a couple things I have been needing but been putting off. So, this was a very good & long over due shopping experience! I purchased a 3 drawer metal filing cabinet for$79, an office chair for $159, a calendar for $13 & some file folders for $7. The office chair was my best purchase bcz I loved the 2 color option, it was leather & ergonomic & like I said it was only $159! Another store was advertising the same exact chair for $239 2 weeks ago! I will definitely look at Staples for items I usually purchase through an online store for bcz the prices were a lot cheaper than online. Just my opinion but I do a lot of online shopping so these items were definitely cheaper, now I'm not sure about anything else.

I went in with $40 in my pocket looking for a 200gb external hard drive. Just when I thought I was out of luck, the manager went to the back and dug through gods-know how much junk to find me exactly what I needed: a $35 250gb hard drive that had been left wherever they put items that don't sell on clearance. The company had paid $47 for it; I'll be lucky if I ever get a deal half that good on anything ever again. I ended up finding a different solution, but I'll never forget the effort and kindness the staff showed me that day.This review is based on one experience, so take it with a grain of salt. That said, neither me, nor my dad, nor my best friend have ever had a bad experience at Staples in all the years we've been going there.
