The lineup system they have for people who are on the waiting list is not worth the hassle. I had selected a stylist and was placed in the lineup. I received a text stating I would be on deck in 15 minutes and arrived at the store in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the stylist had been switched in the system without informing me. I explained the issue to one of the stylists and was told that I would have to go back to the end of the line and wait another 90 minutes. All told I wasted about 90 minutes of my Saturday without getting my haircut. I love the cut, shampoo, and towel, but the negatives have started to outweigh the positives at Sport Clips.

I used the online checkin system for my appointment and requested Erin. The wait time was about 110 minutes. When the time was down to 30 minutes I arrived and checked in and was the next customer for Erin. There were also 2 other guys waiting for Erin after me. When the check in system showed I was up next and Erin checked out the guy she called the third guy that was waiting for her. She skipped me and the other guy waiting for her who was next after me. My time went from being on deck to a 30 minute wait. One other stylist said I didn’t understand their system. I have been going to this location for over 6 years so I know how it works. I was on my lunch break so I could not spend another hour getting a haircut. There are plenty of hair cutting places in Hendersonville. They have lost a longtime customer.

I got a wonderful haircut from Erin. She's got great attention to detail and responds immediately and accurately to feedback. It's clear that she wants to help you look your best, but more importantly, that she wants to give you the haircut that you like for yourself. To top it off, she's got a warm personality and is great to talk to. Get the MVP package-- the shampooing is worth it. I'll be coming back!

The reason for two stars is because the person cutting my hair was extremely nice. The haircut was horrible. I was too embarrassed to say anything about it on the spot afterwards... Do not recommend.

Disappointing Experience at Sports Clips - Beware!
Where do I even begin? My recent visit to Sports Clips was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had heard mixed reviews, but I thought I'd give them a chance. Big mistake.
First off, the atmosphere was anything but welcoming. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than paying attention to customers. When I finally got called up, I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. Seemed simple enough, right? Wrong.
The stylist proceeded to hack away at my hair with the finesse of a blindfolded lumberjack. It was like they were on a mission to ruin my day. Not only did they completely disregard the style I asked for, but they also managed to leave my hair looking like a botched science experiment.
To make matters worse, they were rushing through the cut as if they had better places to be. I felt like I was just another item on their checklist, rather than a paying customer deserving of a decent haircut.
In the end, I left Sports Clips feeling utterly defeated and embarrassed. I'll be spending the next few weeks wearing hats until this mess grows out. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other barbershops in town that actually know what they're doing.

Sylea at Sport Clips in Hendersonville is awesome. I highly recommended her and this location. Sylea’s customer service is always top notch. All the staff is friendly. It’s clean and ran very efficiently! Sports Clips is a quality cut and an affordable price.
