The team at southern paws did an awesome job with my cat Lenny while I was out of town. I love the communication on the app. They are so friendly and helpful. Next time I go away, I will definitely use their service and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

We recently used Kathy and her team for the first time for our senior lab while we were out of town. They are amazing!!! I absolutely loved getting daily pictures and reports on how she was doing. We arrived back home to a very happy pup and a framed picture of our girl on the kitchen counter. I cannot recommend Southern Paws Pet Sitting enough!

Southern Paws is the best dog/cat sitting service. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. We used them for the first time Nov 1- Nov-7 2023. We were sent daily updates on our fur babies and pictures! The daily report cards were great! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were being taken care of by such wonderful and caring people! We will definitely be using them again!!!!

Horrible responsiveness and doesn't take constructive feedback. Instead of listening to customers, they tell you to go elsewhere. I would not recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The level of detail and care was wonderful. The staff of Southern Paws communicated with me before, during and after our weeklong trip. We hired them to come for daily visits for our two dogs. Each day they sent a "report card", as I called it, detailing the day along with pictures! Honestly, I think the dogs are still looking for them to come through the door. Thank you to Kathy Jarrell and her amazing staff! I'm attaching a picture of what I saw when we got back home. Sooo thoughtful and sweet!

OMG! We don't know what we'd do without them! Was leary at first as we've never had a service take care of our fur babies before...but, they blew us away with their updates and sending the most adorable pictures! Extremely attentive to our baby's care, needs and well-being. All we can say is AWESOME!

A big thank you to Southern Paws Pet Sitting/Daily Dog Walking. My dog Fly is so nervous at the boarders they have to drug him. ? Southern Paws Pet Sitting to the rescue! When I left town last weekend, Southern Paws came every day to my house, loved him, played with him, walked him, fed him, watered him, and he got to stay at his own home in his own bed. They cannot be beat. I got daily updates and pictures. When I got home, they had a framed pic of him on the counter. So wonderful. 5+++++ stars.

This is a caring, organized, loving, detail oriented, pet loving service that will blow your mind. Everything they do is to make sure your pet is getting the best care, no matter what. They have rules and they follow them, and make sure you do as well. Stranger in your yard, they are going to call you to make sure you are aware. You'll get photos every time they visit, much better than the ones I take. If you get to be one of their customers, make sure you stay on their list!!! Great prices, great options, exceptional in all ways. I love my dog, and they do too. What more can I say.

I have never used a pet sitting service before. To be honest I was a little apprehensive having someone stay overnight at my home. Not to mention one of my dogs is a handful. From the initial conversation to the sweet pictures they left of my babies this experience was great. I love their app and their communication. My dogs and cats were in great hands. Highly recommend them.

Kathy and her team are AMAZING! Had them take care of my 8 month old cat for 6 days and they were awesome! 10/10! I had no issues or problems, they even put on the TV so she could watch the birds on YouTube! Definitely will be going back next time I leave for a trip. Affordable, reliable, and quality people who truly love animals. Thank you to the entire team!

We were so thrilled with this service. The team went above and beyond for our babies, even my cranky one! I was originally worried about leaving them, but the updates and pictures made me feel so much better. We will definitely be using this service again in the future!

I highly recommend Kathy and her staff. They took care of our two kitties for a week. Not only did we get daily reports, we also got pictures of our kitties. We missed them terribly but had peace of mind knowing they were being well taken care of. Kathy and her staff are all so very kind and caring.
