I guess I’m the only one complaining about this sleepnumber bedI purchased mine on Dec 2022 over the phone from the store on Indian lake and all went smooth. The installers where not very helpful but just did what they were supposed to do.Then, eight months later, one side sprang a leak and went flat. I called customer service and within a week the bed was fixed.So now, one year and four months later, one side of the bed went flat again. I called customer service and requested a technician to come out and fix it. So now comes the surprise. A service call is $150.00 dollars. Why? There is only one year warranty on the bed. They offered help over the phone but at 82, I can’t fix anything.At a cost of nearly $4000.00 bucks you would expect better quality. If I get this repaired, I have to expect a repair once a year.Noooooo, I’ll go back to sleeping on a hai stack.

Zack was very kind and friendly. Extremely knowledgeable on pillows and sleep number beds. I will definitely be back to buy more pillows and a bed.

My salesman was Danny, at the Hendersonville TN location. He was amazing to work with. Well organized and kind. My mattress was delivered today by Cam and Devonta and they too were amazing. They were careful and professional in setting up the mattress. Made sure I understood how to use the SleepIQ app and demonstrated all options to set up the mattress to my personal settings. I feel certain this mattress will help me sleep better. Thanks Sleep Number!!

I would first like to say how knowledgeable and kind Latashia was during the process of purchasing my bed. She made sure we purchased the right bed to meet our needs. I would also like to express how Sleep Number will accommodate the needs of their customers. I am in the process of building a home and of course with the current issues we are facing my home continues to be delayed which made it difficult to schedule delivery of my bed. Unfortunately I had to delay numerous times but Sleep Number stepped up to the plate and was so generous in letting me do it hopefully one more time. The representative told me they would deliver when it was the right time for me. They would hold my bed and not to worry it would be there when I needed it. I will never forget everyones generosity and kindness towards my situation. I will always be a loyal Sleep Number customer.

Order a mattress and base back in April. Was put off on delivery 3 times. Buddy ordered one 2 weeks after me and received his first. I canceled order and will deal with someone else.

Went to the Hendersonville store to get a sleep number bed, “my first one”. I really enjoyed the experience. I thought I would like a certain model but really enjoyed a completely different one. The softest one felt the best. I got an extended test which was vastly enjoyed. Thoroughly enjoyed the attention and explanations. When I left, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.

Latasha = awesome. Not only was she great to deal with, but very knowledgeable as well. After a less than stellar visit to a different sleep number store, we are glad we found her here. She answered all of our questions, offered advice, she even helped to properly size the pillows. Thanks for bringing us into the fold Latasha! I'm sure we'll enjoy the iLE with the FlexFit 3 adjustable base.

We were very impressed with the helpfulness and knowledge the rep had. So thankful there was a store in Hendersonville or we probably would have bought a mattress and frame from another mattress store. We are so glad we went to Sleep Number because you have the features we were looking for. Highly recommend Sleep Number in Hendersonville.

The store was really nice and clean. Jeremiah was very helpful. Problem came after I got the bed set up at our house on our frame. The bed in the store was a great height, specs showed 12”. Failed to point out the base is 8” on top of that 12”! When the bed got set up it came to my waist and both my husband and I had to climb up to get in! Return policy is 30 days so I called customer service to return the base. No problem but you have to pay a $199 pick up fee! I offered to drop it at store but they wouldn’t allow it. I explained it wasn’t my fault that the bed at the store was on a low profile frame (or could have been laying on the ground within a frame!) if I understood the height I would never have bought it. They finally agreed to split the pick up fee but that was all they would do. Not satisfied with that result at all!! To make things worse they can’t pick it up for 2 weeks!!!

Best bed I have ever purchased. Latashia was absolutely amazing. She listened to what was important to us. We really appreciated her not pressuring us. The store is clean and beautiful. We bought the I8.
