Had a business dispute and needed to fax papers over.. walked in one lady was trying to help (looks like all new people) but didnt know how so she asked Missy and her response was “im busy” the manger comes out and ask her why she cant help and she goes on to explain how she doesn’t know how to help… by the way she was just sitting there .. I just walked out and said I would go to the Gallatin Branch… ive NEVER not been helped at a bank I could not believe it! I Will only be banking with the Gallatin branch they are much more friendlier and helpful!!!

Friendliest Bank in Sumner county. Or at least it always has been for me! And the coffee available in the lobby is seriously the best I've ever had. Don't take my word for it, go check it out yourself this coffee machine is like heaven on Earth :-)As far all the mechanics of banking go, I guess they pretty much do the same stuff everybody else does.

Needed to get a check cashed from a customer with First State Bank. Since Simmons used to be First State they honored it by cashing it. Excellent service and thanks..!!!
