Davis, the store manager, is the best!! I came in with my mom when she was having difficulties sizing her watch band and she immediately helped us and talked to my whole family. A few months later when I needed a battery changed, I came in and she still remembered me and my family. One of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve met!

I've done business with these with this Jewelry Company for years now. Below you will see a Custom Coin Gent ring I Designed. One of a kind...the way I prefer it. Also, I brought from them this Diamond (F) in Color. Had it mounted in a Gents ring as well!

Davis resized a necklace for me and was so quick and kind and also cleaned my ring while we were at it!

Beautiful selection of jewelry and watches with incredible service. They gladly removed links from my Citizen watch and I didn't even have to leave the watch. Two mins, in and out. Their incredibly friendly staff is top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had a broken sterling silver ring that had been repaired a couple of times prior to me taking it to Service. I was initially a little apprehensive at the price for repair that I was quoted. They were very good to have my ring completed in a timely manner, and I could not be more thrilled at the professional quality fix that was given me. Excellent, fast service. And worth every penny.

My husband and I stopped in to get a bracelet cleaned, and while we were there we looked around and we were glad we did because they have so many wonderful choices! The staff was so kind and friendly, they didn’t even charge us for the cleaning. We will definitely be back.
