They always have the cheapest prices but WHY does everyone have to pull in the same way? Obviously more people have the gas tank on the left side, so there's always open spots that can't be used while we're all waiting in line.

Ordered 30 baseball themed chocolate cupcakes, only to have half of them yellow cake and missing any sort of baseball theme. This is the second time an issue like this happened. Last time they gave me the wrong order. It was similar to what I ordered and when I asked about it, they even said it was mine but they'd made a "mistake". Since my party was the next day, I had to take them. Word of advice, get your cakes/cupcakes somewhere else.

Prices are somewhat hit or miss these days with the wildly fluctuating market. I usually still get the best price here.

I'm a otr truck driver. They made me wait 39 hours to unload. Ridiculous. I'm never delivering there again.

I also has a great experience here. The staff is super nice and keep the area clean. Sometimes during peek hours it will be backed up but most days it is not. The gas is way cheaper than other gas stations or even Kroger gas with your points. I keep coming back because the quality of the gas is also pretty darn good.

Have been able to save money here which I really like. The biggest problem is the people pulling in backwards and when I pull in according to the arrows they are in the way a lot of times. They have signs all over but people just ignore them and it's frustrating trying to get in there to get gas. I've started going to other gas stations for a while. But if they can solve this problem of people pulling in the wrong way and may decide to go there all the time.

They used to offer a nice discount here to members, but stopped a few months ago. Their prices are not much lower than retail lately, and several times they've been higher. It's very inconvenient to buy gas here compared to retail due to their ridiculous/dangerous entrances and parking lot. So if they're not going to offer lower gas price for members, just buy at the convenient locations. Note: don't use your Walmart+ pay here. They actually charged me .01 More per gallon than the pump price!!! Smh. They do offer a convenient restroom here which is a plus when you're on a long drive.

Need to put the diesel pumps by themselves, because all the rest are gas and there's only two diesel pumps with gas also...

Went an hour to pick up an item from the store. When I got there, it wouldn't fit in my cat. Okay... but the people at the "large item" pick-up (behind the building) were total jerks! I asked for a measuring tape, and she wouldn't give me one. She said that her eyes worked well enough! She said she would just dump it outside and I could get it myself because they wouldn't be around much longer. A simple "Sorry about that." would have done the trick! At least TRY and be accommodating to the customer and keep your bad attitude away from work!

As always, enough stock to sarisify our needs. We usually go to the other grocery stores or have groceries delivered by Instacart. We went to Sam's in Hendersonville, as usual there were more self checkout than cashiers. We've never been successful and always need help with it self checkouts. We are both in our late 70's and have a hard time lifting items from the cart. Today, we put most of the items up for checkout and tried to turn the others left in the basket with the bar codes up to scan with the handheld scanner that I've seen used at the registers. Today, after waiting several minutes for our cashier (associate) to finish helping another cashier (associate) at a different checkout assist a customer having difficulty with their payment card. She (didn't notice a name tag), immediately, in front of other customers, made an issue of items being left in our cart. I stated that I had turned the items up to scan. She immediately stated that "all" items had to be scanned. Then she proceeded to unload our items in a way that the other customers were glaring at us. Upon finishing, I asked if I need to insert my card. She said yes and after I did she asked if I wanted to use my Sam's cash on this order and I said yes. She again told me to insert the card and I said, "again?". She said my card may be declined if I tried more than once. I was told again that this was store policy, not, hers. We spent more than $250 today. That is a very big chunk of our monthly income, we will think long and hard to determine if and when we will visit thatimpolite employee's store in the future. Maybe she was having a bad day, but we should not have been the brunt of it. No name of cashier on our receipt. Thanks for listening

As of this review, there are 6 local gas stations that sell Diesel for less than Sam's Club, and I don't have to pay for a subscription to fuel up with them. This is NOT uncommon. Rarely are they the cheapest. I'm done with Sam's. Thankfully, ground has broken for a NEW COSTCO, less than a mile and a half away!!! Counting down the days!!! Adios Sambo!!!
