Avoid these guys at all cost!!! They “fixed” my car in February, but “forgot” to put the rear bumper back. Called me a few days later asking me if I could “swing” by when I live 8 hours away( out of state car accident). Promised to mail me the bumper and here I am 5 months later and still waiting for the part. Never do business with these guys as they are clearly not serious. Just sold the car at a 1k discount because these guys wouldn’t mail my rear bumper.

It’s coming up on 9 weeks since I first left my car for a front bumper/left tire bumper repair. Was told would likely only take a few weeks when I dropped the car off.I’ve been promised multiple times that the car would be ready “this week” - going on four weeks of that now. The communication has been very poor (I have to keep calling for updates) and I can only hope the repair will be done correctly and worth the extremely long wait.My insurance only covered 45 days of rental car so now I’m unable to function and I am unbelievably still waiting on the car to be ready - even after receiving an email that it was ready for pickup this week.I called to confirm details and lo and behold - they still haven’t finished the work! Three more steps to complete the job and another few days, allegedly.I have work meetings to drive to, no way to leave the house without an Uber, and now paying extra money to order in meals and pay for grocery delivery orders. Begged for car to be prioritized on Monday so I can make my appointments… who knows.Very dissatisfied with this business. May update my review after it’s all said and done.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly, thorough, communicative and got it ready as soon as the parts were shipped - which took a while - through no fault of their own. I'd use them again.

Thank you Adam and the team at Hendersonville Collision. They are the Best Ever!! They were so kind when I needed to get my car fixed. They worked with me on what really needed to be fixed, gave me a very fair price and did a fantastic job! When I went to pick up my car it ended up being cheaper than what they had quoted and that was a blessing. And to top it all off they did more than what they told me they would do. I will always take my vehicles to them from now on. Thank you again everyone and may God Bless you all and the business! ???

I really appreciate this company. I was treated very well. The staff here is amazingly kind. I travel a lot with my job. I dropped my car off last minute expecting to get it repaired within a 60 day window. They surprised me and had it repaired within 3 weeks. Car looks great, you can't tell that it was ever damaged. THUMBS UP!!

I went to them a couple years ago when I bumped a curb. I had a similar situation this morning. The very nice employee fixed it in about two minutes and during that time another employee made sure I was being taken care of as well. The staff there is really great and I appreciate them a lot.

My BMW 328i was hit in the rear completely ruining my trunk, tail lights and bumper. The staff was excellent during the restoration appraisal process! Then the body and painting specialist’s restored my car as if new and never damaged. Body work perfect, paint match unable to see any difference from original paint. Was able to get the restraint system failure corrected! The whole Team from beginning to completion was absolutely Wonderful!!!Services: Painting

I'm so glad I thought to call this place. Called on a Wednesday to get an estimate for the front bumper on my car. By the following Wednesday, it was repaired and ready to pick up! Looks phenomenal. Other car places told me they could not get to it until next month at the earliest. Rivergate Body immediately called Lexus to ensure the part was in stock and got to work quickly!
