Worst bank ever. I went negitive in my acct bc something my 2 year old did and instead of talking to me and making a plan to fix it they took 400 from my kids dad acct which I'm not on and its been a week and if any money is in that acct they take it. We can't even feed our kids or buyThanksgiving. I would have gladly made payments. But no . It was negative for ab a month so not to long either. Not using real name bc afraid

The wait time to speak with a representative was less than 5 minutes. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the services available. It was fast and easy to open a new account.

My husband and I needed a couple things done at the bank yesterday and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Piper. She is wonderful! We so appreciated the efficiency, friendliness, and kindness. We would absolutely ask to work with her again. Thank you!

For not being a customer. They went out of their way to help and assist me with my banking needs. They all gave such grace to help me since I do not bank local. The kindness was overwhelming.

try another bank. they will not let you withdraw your money. They make excuses for letting you sit in the lobby for hours. Horrendous service all the way around. the workers seem like they hate their jobs. none of the banks are worth anything but at least with the big four banks your money is secure. note regions is not one of the big four.

Another quite excellent experience at this branch. Ms. Cunningham summoned me to her office as soon as she saw me in the waiting area. After we exchanged pleasantries, Ms. Cunningham provided me with the information I needed. She also informed me about an attractive short term CD offering Regions had available. The meeting couldn't have gone better. This exceptional level of service is consistent with that which I have enjoyed on each of my visits to this branch.

This place is awful after banking with them for years 12 plus I deposited a check and with no warning they have held my 4500 dollar check now for over ten days and says some time next week it should clear.I will cancel my account and never do business with these people again.They don't even deserve a one star rating

Just made my first deposit after opening this account a month ago set in the drive thru for 15 min. Go inside to make a simple deposit it's crazy that this even happens anymore

This is one fraudulent bank. Brian, one of the former managers, was indicted on charges of fraud and discontent. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Also, a few of their former employees were fired as a result of this. They violate federal law, such as takinga war veteran's bank account funds from Direct Express that allowed him to live just because he owed $35.00.How is Regions above to the law?!!! They should be held accountable. To re-instate this war veteran's account, here is what it says on Direct Express: "If your benefits are loaded onto a Direct Express card or into another prepaid account, they are automatically protected from garnishment just like money in a checking account. "This is to exemption if you owe child support, the Department of Education, and/or the American government in general. However, unbeknownst to Tyler, this veteran owes no money to children (hence, does NOT owe child support), the Department of Education, or the American government in general. A bank federally owned (such as Regions) does NOT count as an exemption to the law -- where you cannot steal from military benefits.

Come on folks. Get it together. If your location is closed, then put your sign on the outside doors!! Don’t leave the front doors open and then let people figure it out when they get in. Go back and look at the cameras from Saturday, October 1st and watch how many people walk in and walk out vs stopping to do business at the ATM. I watched numerous people walk in and walk out super frustrated while sitting here looking up other banks to switch my account to… this is not classy or professional. At all. At least change yours hours on google to reflect this. I checked ahead and would not have driven all the way down here if it had said you were closed. I can use an ATM anywhere. I needed indoor or drive thru service and that just did not happen today…

I was told that I would hear back from Tish by the next business day. I never did. Not to mention she didn’t explain herself well. And I didn’t get a good feeling about her. I went with another bank and got a better rate.

If I could I’d give it a minus 1! We were customers for 12 years and became victims of a fraud and they did not cover us or protect us. Horrible customer service…can’t get call backs or emails returned. Their staff turnover is a joke…you never see the same person twice!Save yourselves…bank elsewhere!!

I had fraudulent charges on my account and after 3 months of them "closing" my account. It was reopened because of a direct deposit from my work. Woman kn the phone told me that whoever closed my account didn't permanently close it, even though I had thousands of dollars stolen. After coming back to this branch for the 7th time for this situation, I have to come back tomorrow for my money. If you live a perfect life with no mishaps this may be the bank for you, but if anything ever goes wrong, good luck.
