I have been banking with the Hendersonville branch for years. They have always gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Even if I've had trouble with a debit card, they have gotten me a replacement quickly!

My banking experience hasn't been a pleasurable one with PNF overall. But the Hendersonville branch is absurdly under trained, rude, and slow. Furthermore seems that every other week I'm replacing my debit card due to fraudulent charges. Yet instead of fixing this problem they pentilize (me) the account holder by putting a hold on a check. With the excuse (the amount is too large). Which has never been an issue at any other bank and matter of fact, never been an issue at PNF. Overall I give the consistency of their banking services a 1 star.
