I can’t say enough about the professionalism with House of style hair salon!! Kaitlyn the owner from the very start was prompt with getting back with me, setting up the trial apt, setting me up with my makeup girl and most importantly listening to what I wanted. We had a larger crowd getting hair done so she took care of bringing extra girls with her. From start to finish they were there for only 4 hours. She and the girls made each of us feel beautiful!! Highly recommended for your next event! Prompt, great communication, and pricing was good!

This is a great salon to rent a suite from! I have been here over a year and I love it. Their social media pages help you market your business online. You get laundry room, break room, and a fully equipped suite for your business. The landlord/property manager is very kind! He’s always in the salon checking on everything and answering any questions or concerns you have. My clients even love him!

I urge you do not go to Summer Branch Hair studio at Phoenix salon. Jessica is stealing from her extension clients.I’ve been getting swindled by my previous hair dresser. I found out that when I purchased extensions she was keeping my left overs and I suspect selling them to others.My friend and I had seen a decline in quality of services. My extensions were always showing and in addition I only had two baby rows not a full installation. She never styled my hair after instal… so I walked out looking a mess. She never blended the extensions and so on. My friend reached out to me another to discuss the issues she was having and discovered we weren’t getting our hair back that we paid for on top of the other issues I listed above… in her cases even more issues.When my friend when to pick up our left over hair she was greeted with screaming, cursing, name calling, and threats of calling the police. Just unacceptable unprofessional behavior. She even threatened to call the police on her for picking up our left over extensions we already paid for. Who was she calling the police on? Herself?When we received the left over hair extensions something was off. We could not believe it…. They were not only much less than what should actually be left over but they were USED. She literally gave back used hair extensions. Not even the same length as what we originally purchased.All of these theatrics occurred while she had a poor client in her chair. She didn’t even have the professionalism to keep it discreet.I urge you do not go to Summer Branch Hair stupid at Phoenix salon. Jessica is stealing from her extension clients.I’ve learned a lesson here. Ask if your hair dresser is certified. Things like only taking Venmo payments and having a private salon allow people to get away with things like this. I only post to warn you and help others learn from my mistakes.As for my previous hair dresser. Babe, bless your heart. I hope you grow to be a better person. I wish you well.Service: Hairstyling

Trying to find a new hairdresser after moving is the pirs. Found a decent one in Lebanon. Went once- she closed. Someone said a few months ago that Marie Golden did hair. I got in touch with her - can't say enough good things!First, it was easy to find Phenix - it's one of the few places I know how to get to in Hendersonville ! Second, Marie spent time to ask about likes, dislikes, previous cuts,etc.I'm most definitely going back!

I came to Phenix Salon Suites (Suite 132) to see my Nail Tech, Melissa, for a manicure + nail art. I’ve seen her 4 times, and there is no stopping me now. Her nail art ability is incomparable. Her non toxic gel actually LASTS on my oily nail beds. She is so welcoming and so easy to talk to. I can’t say enough positive things about her or recommend her enough!Service: Manicure
