“Over the phone prescription refills are down quickly and I love that they have a drive thru. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Prices for our prescriptions are lower than the big pharmacies too and it’s great to support a small local pharmacy than the big chain pharmacies.”

“Sam Walton finds a way to make money no matter if he is dead or alive... like that you can now find sales on certain products. Only downfall is the the long long check out lines and the folks at the exit doors that scan your receipt as you leave, makes getting out of the store extremely a pain.”

“I also has a great experience here. The staff is super nice and keep the area clean. Sometimes during peek hours it will be backed up but most days it is not. The gas is way cheaper than other gas stations or even Kroger gas with your points. I keep coming back because the quality of the gas is also pretty darn good.”

“I’ve never run into a problem filling my prescriptions when shortages occur at the big name pharmacies, and everyone that works there is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I had the bakery make a Elsa princess dress cake for my grand daughters birthday. This cake was not only delicious but was gorgeous. I also want to add this was a crazy busy day when snow was in the forecast and one of the bakery chefs was the absolute sweetest. She acted as excited about making it as was about it. Thank you for your great service and making our little princess’s day special ❤️”

“I had a very pleasant experience at this clinic! Nurse practitioner Gold was phenomenal! She listened to me & did all that she could do to help me. She went above & beyond to help me. I went to “the little clinic” at Kroger a week ago & had a very bad experience. I am a registered nurse & I know quality when I see it! I highly recommend this place!!!!!!”

“The Vanderbilt clinic here was so efficient. The NP, Allison, was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I had never gone to a Walgreens clinic before, but will certainly go here again if needed. Appreciated the convenience too (if making appointment online) of being able to use my health at Vanderbilt info, therefore just mainly selected a time and voila, done!”

“Whoever is running the pharmacy is doing an unreal job. Everyone is so great. Both pharmacists I’ve worked with have been just unbelievably capable and helpful. Why are they so nice and so good? We may never know. Thank you Kroger pharmacy.”

“My name is Paul Ragnoli. I’m from the Detroit, MI. area. Recently, I visited the Sam’s Club in Hendersonville, TN. to buy a hat bc it was raining while we were there. I went to the clothing dept. where I approached an elderly, smiling lady named Marvis who was folding clothes! I asked her where the hats were and she said they don’t sell hats there and directed me to Walmart, just down the road. I struck up a conversation with her and we talked for quite a while. Marvis is 84 years old and is a very intelligent, hard working and dedicated employee. Imagine the experience she brings to the table!?Having been a former manage, as I was, we talked about workplace environment and employee / management interaction. We talked about how nice it is to have the manager / supervisor recognize you and say good morning or good afternoon, whatever the case may be. Teamwork makes everyone successful, and knowing your team mates names and their personal story lends a sense of personal worth to the workers. After all, kindness is free and the feeling it gives to your employees is immeasurable! I always treated my employees with respect, a sense of appreciation and worth and never took them for granted. Although Marvis didn’t spell it out in so many words, I sensed their could be some room for improvement in this area. I thoroughly LOVED talking to that lady! She is witty, smart, and funny! If I wasn’t in a rush to meet my son for dinner, I would have loved to pick her brain some more. So, if anyone in management is reading this, please stop by and show some respect for someone who has put in the time on this Earth and knows a thing of two. Just a smile and a hello and a “How are you doing Marvis?”. It would really make an elderly lady feel happy. Anyone who works there, please stop by and tell her that Paul from Detroit (who was riding in a handicapped scooter) will never forget her. And of someone could text me her address to my phone (586-206-7731), I would love to send her a card to show my appreciation! Thank you in advance!”

“Showed up at 6 PM on a Friday hoping to buy a few things and get a hot dog. Website says the cafe closes at 7 but it was already closed. Why not update the hours on the website to reflect the real department hours? Also, everything I wanted was out of stock.”

“Always quick and easy. Avoid the drive thru pharmacy if there's more than one person In line however. Most times it faster to just go inside if you are picking up a prescription.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for ten years and have always been very happy. Nothing in this world is perfect but the pharmacist and staff have always gone to every length too make sure I’m taking care of. If I were you I’d take those bad reviews with a grain of salt, a lot of people want what they shouldn’t have.”
