I brought my dog in for grooming and to have her nails filed down since they were very sharp. When I brought her home, her nails were still sharp. I called the store and they forwarded me to Darius who took care of my dog and he said "yeah we may have forgot to do her nails". I paid for this service and that's the response I get. I also didn't appreciate the way they were handling my 8 month old puppy who is very sweet. The first time I brought her Rachel was there, who no longer works there and she was great. Everything worked out well with Rachel the first time I brought my dog for grooming. My dog was licking her because they bonded and it was a great experience with a happy dog. This time my dog couldn't wait to get out of there. She was scared when we got home and didn't touch her food. She went to the bed and just layed there, seeming depressed. I'm not using petco anymore for grooming. I would recommend not using Darius, my dog did not bond with him at all. Terrible service, it seems like they don't care.

The girl who runs the aquatics department is incredible. She is so knowledgeable about all marine life. Very friendly as well!

After having a few butchered groomings elsewhere, I decided to try out the groom salon at my local Petco. I was super nervous due to past experiences and from the moment we walked in, both my dog and I were greeted with kindness and adoration for my pup. I originally was put with Seth, but after the receptionist was talking to me and getting to know my dog, he took note that my dog is still nervous around men due to unfortunate events when she was younger. So when I picked her up, I was greeted by the nicest woman, Savannah, and she had let me know that they decided to switch due to my dog having more ease being with a woman. I did not request this at all, but it made my heart so happy that they did it.Savannah, and the whole team, took such good care of my pup and it was a successful appointment. I can’t thank you all enough! We will definitely be back.

Great selection and the employees are very helpful. The only critique would be need to open more registers at times, our wait in line was a bit lengthy.

Petco has come through for us in a pinch! Web prices are considerably lower than shelf prices, good news, they match their web prices! In fact I was told by an associate they will match any competitor’s price. Just bring in the coupon or digital price. In store associates are very helpful with all our pets needs. Highly recommend!

Crooked! They had a bunch of bins marked 75% off. We buy costumes for an animal rescue to help them get cute pics of pups for adoption. We went to the counter and the girl was super rude and when ringing them up she didn't take the discount. When I asked, she said "oh not everything is 75% off." My husband and I told her that the signs said 75% off the bins. She want to her manager and asked and came back and started ringing up the items. But we watched and she only took 50% off. She tried to sneak it in without telling us. When we told her that those were not 75%, she said too bad because that is what we are getting. We told her she could keep the items and we walked out. We are Instagram or's and we have a nonprofit, and we spend thousands of dollars at Petco every year on costumes. We will not be back to this location as they seem very shady.

Everyone is nice here and helpful except for Jamie. I've been here 3 times and everytime she is involved with my check out process she is unprofessional, impatient and rude. She takes everything I say and turns it around as if I'm trying to say something else. This Karen needs to learn how to not start problems. And check your receipt....it might be wrong.

Had a Cyber Monday deal cancelled at 9am on Tuesday morning marked for same day delivery without explanation. Attempted to re-order online but was not able to receive the same deal I had prior that the store cancelled without explanation.

I love these guys. I've bought a couple of my pets here, and I get all their food, enclosures, and other necessities, from here. They all know me by name, they are extremely knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. They have great sale prices and great staff. Hands down my #1 choice
