Dawn was great, she was very understanding and she was clearly very knowledgeable. The best part was, my dog wasn't re-traumatized after the experience! We'll definitely be going back.

We started going to Bark Avenue when our previous dog was around 14 years old. After she died, I was sad to say goodbye to Bark Avenue, but I knew it was only temporary. I was so excited to schedule my new puppy's first grooming appointment with them. Laura and the entire staff welcomed us back with big smiles. They gave Izzy plenty of extra TLC during her first grooming appointment, and she looks amazing! I couldn't recommend this place more.

Indian Lake Animal Clinic
105 Indian Lake Rd, HendersonvilleOur 14 year old cat has been having issues off and on for the last 3 years. We have seen Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Cardona. Both were very thorough, compassionate, and treated him like their own. Julie and Sharetta are always kind when we visit. Every tech we have encountered has also been fantastic. We have never had any complaints with this office and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for their fur baby. Sadly we had to let our sweet Kitty cross the rainbow bridge yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the whole process. We were worked in and Dr. Cardona immediately noticed something was very wrong. They were all very caring and compassionate and let us take as much time as we needed to tell our baby bye. We are so grateful for every single person there for taking such good care of Kitty for the last 3 years.

His understanding of how to treat the pet and pet owner is beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my many years. I have not lived in TN for many years, but I never forgot him and how impressed I was with him. it may be that the current Dr. William Shannon is his son, and not the Dr. Shannon of years ago, but I am sure if that is the case, based on reviews I am seeing, this current Dr. Shannon learned well from his Dad how to be a caring, compassionate and wonderful Doctor. If this is the elder Dr. Shannon - God Bless You. I have never forgotten you and the compassionate care we received in your office.

Dr. Dixon, his surgeon, receptionist and techs stayed three hours after closing on a Friday to be able to perform this life-saving procedure rather than transferring us downtown (extremely expensive), which they could have easily and understandably done. They were transparent about fees and risks, and I appreciated the gentleness with which they honestly conveyed the facts. I highly recommend the team and clinic! Thank you for your care of our baby!

That was three years ago and our dogs have been back several times for boarding and daycare since. The staff is great with them, super experienced with dogs, and loves on our them like they’re their own. Both of our dogs, even my somewhat antisocial and grumpy one, get so excited to be at JoJo’s and I’m always confident that they’re in good hands.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel like a valued guest every time.
The food is just as impressive—creative pizzas, fresh ingredients, and plenty of options to pair perfectly with your brew. You can tell they put real effort into making this more than just a brewery; it’s a community gathering place. Every visit has been consistently excellent, which says a lot.
If you’re in Hendersonville, TailGate Brewery is a must. Great beer, great food, and even better service.
