Dr.& Dr. Timberlake (husband & wife) are the best. They were our Veterinarians for our previous German Shepherd and are now helping us through puppyhood with our 3-month old shepherd. I'm so happy they are there for us.

Boarded our dogs here several times and they always seem to be happy when we look in on them via the cams and when we pick them up. We even had one of our dogs groomed and they did the best job I have seen in the last 4 years.

Great overall experience, from being greeted at the reception desk all the way through our dogs exam. It can be worrisome changing from a vet practice that you have used for over 20 years but immediately I felt comfortable with Southeast Vet. Their entire staff is great.

I love the office on 207, I lost my fur baby about a year and a half ago. I received my new fur baby for mother's day, I choose south eastern veterinarian hospital because I used to watch the building as it was being built on my way to work. I am very satisfied with my experience. The whole staff was very friendly, the building was clean and they made sure that when I left all my concerns about meds were explained in detail and that if any problems were to arise that they were only a phone call away and that the food I had chosen for my new puppy was an excellent choice and that even though it had been 11 years since I took care of a new puppy, I was doing a great job. I am really happy I picked this vet and I'm confident that my Layla will receive the best care possible. I look forward to many years of them taking care of my Layla.

Pros: Location is convenient being right off of Main Street; cameras to check in on your pups throughout the day; indoor and outdoor play areas for all weather play times; the occasional daycare event is hosted to make things extra fun for the regulars; one or two of the staff actually pay attention to the dogs during play time; staff appear to not be allowed to be focused on their phones, assuming in an attempt to pay attention to the dogs; they post some pics on FB which is fun for the owners of the dogs posted.Cons: Ridiculously pricey single day and package rates; package rate discounts aren’t worth buying because there’s not enough of a price break to make it worth the initial upfront costs; staff is barely tolerant of customers and couldn’t care less about creating positive experiences for pet owners; staff seem to just try to get by on zero morale; they charge $2.99 (as of Aug 2023) to download the iOS app to watch the cameras with only a slightly better feed than just watching directly from their website but the feed is delayed and terrible; staff hardly interact with dogs in daycare and mostly just wander around in circles; when staff passes the card reader to the customer to pay they leave it on the tip page, which is 1000% okay if services were rendered (nails, bath, etc.) but they also leave it up even if all you’re paying for is daycare, and then they act put out if you don’t tip… for overpriced daycare!… (here’s looking at you, dude with a hipster mustache and no sense of customer service); they don’t ensure every dog is pictured and posted everyday on social media; they don’t bother telling you on your dog’s temperament check day that they load pics on FB; they have an Instagram but don’t use it; their website absolutely sucks and is completely and embarrassingly dated; they have limited parking and half of it is reserved for staff…To sum it up— if we still lived in Hendersonville we would probably have to force ourselves to tolerate P&C because they’re better than their competition but they have a LONG way to go before they can be considered a great daycare. The business owners and managers need to step it up and generate some positive morale for their employees and PAY THEM LIVABLE WAGES so they’re not desperate for tips. Also, maybe engage the dogs that are under your care? It’s not that hard. They’re all dying for your attention anyway.
