I had previously used New Shackle Self Storage several years ago. I recently moved back to the area. I returned because of the prices, customer service, and convenient location. The manager was friendly and professional through my interaction. The cleanliness of the climate control units is exceptional. I highly recommend.

Jack went above and beyond for me. My unit had some tornado damage back in December and pretty sure was the route of the current insulation issue I have. Water had leaked and caused some of my belongings to get water damage and covered insulation. Jack was able to have a new unit available for me the same day. He was so understanding. Thanks so much

This place is top of the line. I've only. Even here a short while. But, I was blessed to meet with Jamie (the manager) if not she should be. She is so helpful and attentive. And cares about tje place and her clients. She is an asset to the business. I'm glad I decided to give this ace a Shot. Now I know there is somewhere that I can get toy equiptment if I have a late night service call. So SHE IS HELPFUL TO MG CUSTOMERS AS.WELL AS MYSELF.

New Shackle Self Storage has everything you want in storage solutions. The compound is always clean, easy to access for tenants but still secure, and well lit. You never have to feel anxious even if you are there after dark. The real treasure here though is the amazing customer service. Jamie is always happy to help and does so with an awesome friendly attitude and a true desire to help. I am a long term customer, have rented multiple units, and whether I was renting a small unit, multiple units, or a large unit, Jamie has always gone above and beyond to ensure only extraordinary customer service.

I rented a large unit here for about 6ish months. Jamie at the front desk was always very helpful and happy to answer any of my questions. The facility in general is more well kept than most others that I’ve used. Never had an issue with pests or filth in my units area. Prices are reasonable for what you get. And the staff did a great job communicating updates after a tornado came through and impacted access to my unit. When it came time to move out and close my account, the process was incredibly simple and no one tried to shame or upsell me into staying which I sincerely appreciate.
