I had previously used New Shackle Self Storage several years ago. I recently moved back to the area. I returned because of the prices, customer service, and convenient location. The manager was friendly and professional through my interaction. The cleanliness of the climate control units is exceptional. I highly recommend.

The place is super clean and easy to access. The front counter lady Tawnia was very friendly and beyond helpful with every question I had. I would highly recommend this place!

Renting a storage unit was quick and simple. Online Situation. Grounds were clean in all ares shows that the grounds are well kept.
