These guys (Joel) are rude and way over priced. The car was so over priced the bank would not lend on it. Then instead of calling me back to tell me they would not deal on price they waited until I got there to tell me. Total waste of time. Joel got a little rude when I told him I would not over pay for a vehicle. He said I should just bring the difference in cash. Avoid this dealership!!

Bo was nice enough, he just seemed clueless about the cars he was selling. Things he didn't know or couldn't explain: 1) Strange odor coming from the A/C unit but not present under the hood/ 2) Bumper color didn't match the hood. 3) Quarter panel bolts under the hood had the paint knocked off.. someone had removed them at one time.. 4) Car needed an oil change. 5) Wheels out of alignment. Goodness! Did anyone look at this car before it was put on the sales lot?

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! DONT EVEN POP IN FOR A TEST DRIVE! We bought what we thought was well maintained vehicle, we asked about common issues and were assured that it had been thoroughly checked out by a mechanic and they wouldn't sell something that wasn't safe to be driven and hadn't been maintained for the life of the vehicle. Even had the name of the mechanic who had checked out the car for them when they purchased it. This was apparently TOTAL BS. I know, I know, car salesman...it was an older vehicle which didn't bother us, it had higher miles which didn't bother us...those things don't matter when it's been well maintained. Brought the car in for regular maintenance today and what do they find? IT NEEDS $7500 WORTH OF WORK ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN BAD FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. We have had the car 6 months. So yes, I've learned my lesson. But i would hate for this to happen to someone else because they trusted these people like we did. Oh, and they never ever returned our call about the sunroof as I previously spoke about in my last review. Never even called. So 1) they don't keep their word and 2) their word is total BS to begin with. Swindlers & Cheats.

Physical intimidation used by salesman Bo F. (Sales/ Finance Mgr). He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever seen. He tried to physically intimidate me by walking out of his office and yelling in my face. Owner Rick/Richard S. (Ceo/Owner) watched this & condoned this behavior by doing nothing I bought a 2009 370z Touring yesterday (5/29). The car is absolutely fantastic..They really do sell good quality cars. However, this review is about the god-awful unprofessionalism of Bo Frensley. My First impression was good. He let me test drive even without a pre-approval a couple of days before I talked to the banks (I knew I would be qualified.) I went with my parents yesterday (5/29). I wanted my dad to check it out with me. I was at a disadvantage because I really wanted the car so I was very patient with Bo: When I sat down, I could see off the reflection of a window that he was on FB and continued to look at his computer while I was talking. He answered the phone twice while I was in the middle of negotiating/about to make an offer. I asked about a second key fob. He said twice that he would get me one at his cost/expense. (I am sure he said both at different times.) I screwed myself over because I signed the "we owe you" form with the wording as "key fob at my [his] cost"...today I found out that basically meant I would get a discount. He was extremely misleading with his wording. He could have simply said it will be discounted or cheaper. (although he claimed that he did not know the price it normally is) So the address on my license is out dated because I recently moved. He got very visibly frustrated/irritated just because he had to reenter and reprint the documents even though it was clear that I was a serious buyer. He also did not bother to give me the updated copies. He also rushed me through the signing of the documents, even though I was reading and trying to understand what he was having me sign. I went in today (5/31). He denied my request for him to call the mobile key guy to say they would pay for it. I then complained about his unprofessionalism to him, hoping that he would feel bad and pay for the key fob. He waived the signed form I signed and told me to talk to the owner if I wanted to complain. Richard, the owner, was outside smoking on a bench. I started ranting to him about the misleading wording/tactic, and he sided with the Bo. I am smart enough to realize the legality of the sheet I signed (although questionable wording). I then complained to Rick/Richard about Bo's unprofessionalism. I was really hoping he would understand and just say they would pay for the key. This is what any good customer service would entail. He referenced the signed form and defended Bo. I was, understandably, very upset and mad. I walked back in and cussed out Bo from the main door (I am being completely honest and transparent). I know this is not ideal behavior on my part, but I was furious with the service and my experience. I walked out planning to leave, but I saw Bo rush out fast behind me yelling "What did you say to me?" He was up in my face with the owner still close to the bench watching the entire incident. I said "this is extremely unprofessional" and asked if he allowed that type of behavior at his business. I asked "what if there were other clients here?" (unfortunately I think I was the only client there and I did not think about recording him confronting me). At this point, Bo threatened he could do whatever he wanted because his cousin/relative is the chief of police After asking the owner Rick/Richard if that was ok, he said no but he said that I had a bad attitude. I am allowed to be upset and express it. I did not physically touch him, but I did feel threatened by Bo. I left right after that hoping to avoid any more confrontation. That behavior is extremely unprofessional. I would never tolerate that at my business. All of this over a key fob worth $120. Bo is a liablity if he loses his temper to the point where the business could be sued

Although my initial experience with Bo was 5 star, my experience with the owner Rick was **SO HORRIFIC** that I feel compelled to warn others, especially women, to **STAY FAR AWAY**!! After I told him that the Clerks Office said I needed additional documentation, he looked thru my papers and then screamed at me UNBELIEVABLY LOUD and ANGRILY (telling me I don't know what I'm talking and to shut up). I considered calling the police because I felt unsafe, but decided to 'take it' rather than risk stirring him up any further and not getting the paperwork I came for. After he came back with it (which for all I know I could have had and lost -- but in no way would excuse his behavior), I left and was on the phone with the BBB before I left the parking lot. I literally shook for 15 minutes once the fear/anger subsided. **NO, THAT WAS NOT OK AND I WILL NOT SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP**. People need to know.

Bo Frensley at HAB is the best. We shopped all up and down Gallatin pike for a used car for almost a week, and chose him to do business with. He didn't call and harass us into buying like all the other guys. He was friendly and patient. He also got us a great rate with a local bank. The cars were extra clean; kudos to the detailer. Go to Bo, the "Frensliest" dealer in town!

the most unprofessional and unsatisfying and racist service i have ever experienced in my life. the owner of the dealer was calling me a camel jockey and a typical foreigner who doesn't pay tax. he is racist against foreigners especially arabic's. i came with a very large down payment on a bmw m6 and this guy was un happy with my race and where i came from.... if you don't like foreigners so much than why are you selling foreign cars??. you don't like us foreigners but you like making money from foreign cars. dont spend your money there the owner is the biggest racist ive ever spoke to. im a business owener my self and this is not how you treat people regardless of race its 2015 and there are all types of people in the usa get over it. like i said he refered to me as a foriegner who makes a ton of money and doesnt pay tax that ima camel jockey and i even have text messages to proof what he said because his employee texted saying sorry right after.. oh and they dont even know what type of cars the are selling everytime you ask a question they have to ask someone else when i already know the answer and im testing the sales mens knowlege to see if they are talking out their a** or they actually know the product. the owner ruined the reputation

SCAMMERS, My wife and I bought a car in April and noted to James the salesman the AC was weak and the car had to be driven for 10 minutes to even get cool air. They made sure to push us to purchase a extended warranty for several thousand dollars! For several weeks when I was out of town my wife had to drive my truck, she said they would do anything for her!? Today we took a road trip and the AC didn't work at all for 4 hours, even on the interstate!? The warranty can't be used until you have owned the car for at least 90 days, oh yeah there is a $100 deductible too, but we can't use it yet!?! Now the salesman and the financial woman, Faith, no longer work there?? Make sure if you buy there all things are disclosed and written down for them to take care of, don't let them tell you any lies about if something goes wrong in 30 days they will take care of it, they hope there patched together wholesale cars make it so the extra warranty will cover up hat they are hiding!! Beware, NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! Mark Davis 615-394-2132
