Called Michaels in Hendersonville,TN to check on item I needed for a 5 year old birthday party. Young lady was very polite and helpful. She even checked to see if item was in stock. Definitely a wonderful crafting and go to store. Love it.

The staff was so nice. The young lady at the register checked me out and even let me know about a discount on canvases (which I was there buying that day). The rest of the staff was super helpful in finding things throughout the store. Great job!!
