We bought a new umbrella. Doug and Garrett were extremely friendly and helpful on us picking out the new one! Great selection, great value, and again outstanding customer service! Would highly recommend them for any of your patio needs.

We made a bad choice and purchased outdoor furniture online without trying it out first. We did it to avoid annoying salespeople. The furniture was garbage, and we knew we'd have to go old school and see real people. Travesty! HOWEVER, we made our way to Lynn's Patio Shop and were just blown away by Garrett and his whole family. Lynn's has a great selection, but even better people working there. Garrett obviously loves his job, is so knowledgeable, and very considerate. He answered all our questions, but then gave us time to look and think and talk. I cannot recommend Lynn's enough. Oh, we also bought a new set of AMAZING furniture. Great experience!

My experience with Lynn's Patio Shop is no less than stellar. No pressure to purchase, sharing of information and expertise surpassed my expectations. I made several trips to decide and was always greeted pleasantly. Lynn, Doug, Garrett, Grace, and the entire staff are a refreshing group of people.

Walked in and was not greeted. Looked around for about 10 minutes and was never approached. Other patrons walked in after me and were immediately greeted. Don’t think these employees didn’t see me, they did. Walked out. Thanks for not wanting my business.

Very pleasant shopping experience here! All the staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. They carry very nice brands and the best place to buy umbrellas! We recently bought a beautiful cantilever umbrella and two 9 foot market umbrellas plus bases. Lynn's is definitely my new go-to outdoor store!

Very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly lady helped us. She was very beneficial in our decision making process. They were busy, and she still helped us for a significant amount of time. They have high quality products, but you get what you pay for. It is expensive, but beautiful and should last for a very long time.

The entire family at this patio shop was so helpful, so delightful to speak with, and seek information from! We purchased a beautiful and quite durable patio table set. I highly recommend going to their store if you are in need of some high quality outdoor furniture, umbrellas, pillows, etc.
