Completely pathetic! First, no one would bring my order out. i I went inside and no one could find it. Finally found it and it was picked incorrectly. Don't offer mobile ordering if you cannot pick it correctly and dont offer curbside pick up if you are so understaffed that you ignore the request to bring it out!!!

I come here about four times a week. I am a remodel specialist. I wanted to give thanks to Julia at customer service. She was overly busy with the amount of customers needing help. I was 4th in line and watched her conduct herself in such a positive manner with each and every frustrated customer. Great hire lowes! Please recognize her and take care of her so she feels valued!

I ordered 2 gallons of deck stain on-line. I went by the paint department to pick it up and the young man said he thought it was at Customer service. Fine, gathered the other materials I needed and went to Customer Service. Both clerks we're busy, and there were 4 people in line. One clerk finished the return she was working and walked away. The other was calling every manager she could to deal with a customers return. None would respond. She finally had to pull in a Supervisor who happened to walk by. By this time the line waiting was out the door. I stood in line for 30+ minutes waiting to pick up my order and then I received notification the material was out of stock! Hours after I had placed the order. I decided I was done waiting so I cancelled my order and went to put all my other materials back on the shelf...trying to be nice. Guess what I found on the shelf. The 2 gallons of stain that were "out of stock"! Apparently the young man in paint didn't look very hard for the materials. Guess I'll try Home Depot!

I shopped at the Hendersonville TN Lowe's on Friday, August 26, 2922, at 2:15 p.m. When I saw this BLOCKED EMERGENCY EXIT, I asked to speak to a manager. A manager named Chad met me at these blocked doors. He justified the blocked exit by pointing to the Garden Center and the interior of the store, saying "...there are other exits available." He then told me some BS story about talking to the City of Hendersonville about locking this Emergency Exit. As far as I know, blocking an Emergency Exit is illegal. Make your own decision about whether you want to shop at a store that devalues its customers by blocking Emergency Exit doors.

We picked out about $550 worth of outdoor lighting fixtures at the Hendersonville location but most were located on the top shelf out of reach. I went to customer service THREE times requesting assistance but no one ever came. We decided that they really did not want our money and we are now looking elsewhere.

recently spent over $2,000 on a washer and dryer (with cost of extended warrenty). the washer broke down in three weeks. it has been two weeks and it is not repaired yet. waiting on parts. lowes will not replace it. no one at lowes can help. in fact, you cannot get lowes corporate to even anwer the phone (been holding 1:25 minutes right now-what i really like is lowes recording tells me every one minute and five seconds that my call is very important to them and please continue to hold). the employees even said they cannot get coroporate to answer the phone. the employees cannot provide anyone to call. the store does not give them the numbers. called maytag the manufacturer and they were no help. meanwhile maytag is building washers everyday and lowes is selling washers everyday but if they already have your money you are at the back of the line. do not buy applicances at lowes. do not buy maytag #donotbuymaytag
