I had an appointment for 12 pm on July 10, 2024. I was told numerous times both on the phone and in person that the cost of my mani-pedi with the addition of an acrylic removal was $75. When time came for me to pay I was told $105! After some back and forth I realized they neglected to inform me of a $20 up charge for the nail color. I truly don’t understand why the up charge would not be mentioned upon seeing my choice. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning.

Highly recommend this place. Christy did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and made sure they came out to my liking. It was very relaxing inside as it wasn't crowded at all. She was super polite and enjoyable to talk with. She painted my nails exactly how I wanted and was not overly priced at all. She actually made me feel like a person vs just a number. Will definitely be coming back!

I took a chance on Lilly’s nails since it was right around the corner from my work and I’m desperate to find some where new and GOOD. I called ahead and they could take me right then and there. My nails were a wreck from another salon in Hendersonville and Ava was so kind and detail oriented. This was hands down, THE BEST manicure I’ve ever had. I got an acrylic fill (fixing the 3 week old train wreck) and she did a fabulous job. There’s no extra acrylic under my nail, no bleeding or pain. I will never go to another salon. Thank you Ava! ?

This place used to be good it longer has the same people they all left but one mean woman. It has only 2 women who can't get appointments correctly scheduled2 times I took off work because it was the only time they could fit me inboth times they told me to leave because of overlooking...the 3rd time I was again told the appointment was made wrong and to come back.It's the worst place ever and they seem nice but are rude because I speak their language and they talk about customers that are in the salon and laugh at themIt's disgusting behavior and since the original team left its extremely unprunprofessional .

Love this Nail Salon! I see Ava & she always does a more than exceptional job! I have a few health issues & cannot do a lot of things compared to other ppl& Ava ALWAYS steps up to help me with whatever I need & makes me feel so welcome! She's sweet & professional & not to mention her prices are much less than some of the competitors. You'll enjoy your time at this business if you give them a try! Love you Ava!

So I don’t understand why yall have a sign on the window that states “WALKINS WELCOME” but don’t allow a black person to wait!! I asked for a fullset and was laughed at stating ummm no we booked up but I asked to wait and was told no I can’t even wait to be serviced!!!

Went to Lilly’s today with the grands. It was not crowded, we walked in without an appointment and were immediately seated. My pedicure was fantastic. I love it and my grands love theirs too. We will be back.Services: Foot massages
