As expected, prices were very high. But that is what comes with the La-Z-Boy name.Our shopping experience was absolutely ruined by the sales staff. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted, which is great. The sales lady had a 5-minute spiel about the sales and Green Dot and whatever, which was annoying but appreciated.However when we said we were just browsing and wanted to look around, she continued to follow within 5 ft of us the entire time we were in the store. Constantly trying to draw us to look at things that we were not interested in, interrupting our conversation between the two of us, and generally chasing us around. I understand she probably works on commission but this was excessive and drove us right out of the store.

I bought a $2200 recliner about a year ago on Dec 22. It broke and was "fixed" in the first wk of Dec. well at the end of Jan23, 2023 it is broke again and niw I have to pay around $230 to get it fixed. It didn't last even 2 months. I do not think I should have to pay to get it fixed. Asked for 3 days for the manager to call me and I haven heard anything. I thought lazy boy was one of the best. I'm on dialysis and I draw SSI so money is very tight. I'm very very disappointed in Lazy boy. When after 3 calls the manager want call you back, this is very bad business. I do not think I will ever buy for this lazy boy again. Ginger South 615-712-3975.

The sales experience was great and that’s where it ended. I purchased a rocking recliner less than a year ago. It creaks non stop. The slightest of movement creaks. It’s beyond aggravating. I have called the service department multiple times and they do not answer their phone or return calls. I finally called sales which got me a call back the next day. Scheduled my repair but it didn’t fix the problem. Called back and again no return calls. Called sales again and was able get get an appointment several weeks out. Today they called to push my service call back for another several weeks. I’ve also been waiting for the service manager to call me back for three weeks. I’ve left three messages. Don’t bother with this store they don’t honor their service agreements.

Excellent service by Sebastian. I was looking for a recliner and he took his time with me showing me options that suited my tastes. Not pushy, and helped me find exactly what I needed. I ended up purchasing some accessories as well and he even offered to load them in my vehicle for me. Highly recommend!

My husband purchased a custom La-Z-Boy recliner today. Ida did the financials, Sherri was the amazing manager (from whom we purchased furniture for our post-flood, remodeled home), and Tiffany was our salesperson. We would definitely return for just Sherri and Ida. However, we were very disappointed in Tiffany's demeanor and tactics. She was unfriendly until she submitted our credit card, discouraging us from buying an ordered chair today (pushing to buy one from the floor). The tipping point was the fabric protection plan that was "required." Both my husband and I asked Tiffany if we could remove the $100 charge multiple times. Each time (I'd say twice for me and three times for my husband) she told us it's already included in the sales price; she said that it is listed separately, but it is included and can't be removed. After she left us with the great Ida, my husband asked her if it could be removed. Ida told us that it is not required and she would take it off. I cannot tolerate dishonest sales tactics. Tiffany did not ask if we wanted it, simply said it was in the price. I would recommend this La-Z-Boy location to anyone simply because Sherri is so kind and welcoming and Ida is honest, but I could not recommend Tiffany... Unless you like to pay extra for unwanted items.

Had an easy shopping experience. The rep met us at door and asked what we were looking for and showed us the locations of where they were. He then answered a few questions and let us look. It was nice that he let us look by ourselves without making every step we made. Some stores they follow you around the whole time. When he noticed we had found something that we liked he came over and a told us more about it. It was an easy process to buy new furniture.

Great experience. Made a purchase with John Tucker in Hendersonville. John made the purchase easy by giving great info about our La-Z-Boy options for a sleeper sofa. He also through in a few nice stories which made the visit with him fun and nice.

We were helped by Sherrie, the store manager. She was great! She gave us the information about the chairs we were interested in, gave us plenty of privacy to talk things over, and never pressured us. The checkout process was smooth and efficient.

Had a great buying experience, but we were told our recliner would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It's now been 12.5 weeks and the only updates we've received has been when we have reached out to them, and there has been no help with expediting the process at all. We purchased the recliner to have for when our baby comes and he will now be here any day and we still don't have it. We bought the particular color we bought because it was actually in stock. We would have purchased a different color that we liked more if we knew it would take this long either way.

My husband and I went this morning to find him a new chair for his birthday. We were immediately greeted by John and he directed us to the type of chair we were looking for. He was very helpful and accommodating. We had nice interactions with the young lady at the back desk, as well. We had such a pleasant experience with the two of them that we ended up leaving with two chairs instead. We are very happy with our purchase of two chairs instead of the intended single purchase.

I am so excited about my purchase at La-Z-Boy! I bought the "Colby" reclining sofa and had so many fabrics to choose from. Sherri made it easy and told me to look online before coming in and have a list of fabric choices I liked. She pulled every one and helped me to determine which beige was the right color choice. She also knew money was a concern and told me to come in for the Labor Day sale to get their best price. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the electronics needed to build it will cause the delivery to be in 6 months. I was hoping to have it for the holidays, but I know this is out of their control.

We went in to look for a rocker recliner to replace one we no longer had. We were able to find one we liked and that they had in stock! Salesman, Chase, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The overall experience was refreshing and a successful transaction for us. We will return.

I had a wonderful experience finding a replacement recliner for my dad today. Sebastian helped me find the ideal recliner based on my father’s medical and mobility needs. Ida helped me with my payment and delivery. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and got me in and out. Highly recommend.

While the La-z-boy brand has been know for it quality, the staff at my local store provided LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered the product because it showed "in stock" and should be in the following week. After we initiated numerous phone calls, 2 weeks later, checking on our order that we each time was told "had been shipped" and "should be in within the week", "once it ships it is kinda in a black hole" and finally after 7 weeks past ordering was told "they have no record of where our product is" We cancelled our order and hopefully will receive a full refund on our CC.The office/accounting person was extremely rude. No attempt at all to apologize or suggest an alternative. The manager was even inept and non-caring. I won't be back.
