Well, it’s a grocery store, plenty of selection to choose from. They also have “organic”, “free range”, “cage free” etc… Varying pricing, decent sales too. They offer delivery, curb side pick up, and you can go inside. Aisles are spacious, shelves seemed stocked well, good selection of “off brand” as well. Kroger is our main choice for local grocery stores.

The employees here are so beyond kind! We came to Kroger this morning to grab a few items before school. My daughter saw the quarter machine with the small candy and toys. I said sorry no, when I couldn’t find a quarter and we were moving on to checkout and go. Our cashier (who already gave her stickers) was not giving up until she found one though. She ended up asking a coworker and he did have a quarter. He gave it to my daughter to use the machine. They both went out of their way and were so sweet !

Special shout out to Christy, who went above and beyond to help us out with an issue that occurred with a gift card purchase. She went above and beyond to help and fix the issue, and this stressed out customer sure did appreciate it!

Usually it’s fine. It’s clean which is great. But I am getting sick of the limited checkout, half the self checkout is closed always and when mentioned I get told it’s closed because of a lack of plastic bags. I don’t even need a bag, I shouldn’t have to wait behind 3 people with a months worth of groceries while only one person is working an actual register, due to a bag shortage. Open the dang registers. Seriously.

This is one of the worse grocery stores that I have ever been in as of late . Shelves always have bullet holes product that is always on sale is empty and they never have it in stock . The main reason for my Review is that the Deli Department is the worse people always running to hide instead just asking you for what you want or like last night I was told they were closed and clearly the store is open and the sushi department/ employee told me they were closed ????!! This is not the first time this has happened . To whom it may concern you may want to get with your Management staff at this location and ask them the question. I find it ridiculous , If the store is open the Deli department should be let’s get real
You shut the Meat department down ones to assume the Deli is next . It would be a great location for a grocery store or another company to come in and take this location over .

Kroger is the worst to work with for scheduled pickup. Twice, I have been contacted 20 and 30 mins prior to picking up that my order has been pushed out 2.5 hours. Why not call earlier if you have been behind all day? I suppose Kroger is not worried about keeping business. This has happened at Lawrencebug and Hendersonville.

I’m beyond mad. Why are they cramming so much stuff into the store. If self check out wasn’t bad enough now tables full of merchandise is blocking the path to get around others using self checkout. You can’t have the table and a buggy on each side of the table at the register expecting people to buy more stuff. You can’t get past the tables when a spot opens. Am I suppose to push the table out of the way with the buggy. Tables required by corp office? whoever made that rule should resign.

Me and my dad went food shopping Thursday when they only had self check outs open. Waited in line for 30+ then finally they started to open lanes but I guess that didn't last long.get it together.

If I could they wouldn’t get even one star
The have officially lost my family’s business yesterday we went to pick up a few things… We got in a lane Where somebody would check us out and waited for like 20 minutes in line so we didn’t have to go through the self check out because half of them were down To have a manager come up to my cashier and tell her if she doesn’t shut the line down She would be written up He was extremely rude to her when she asked if she could take care of a few more customers that have been waiting there for a while….

Came to this location a few days ago and only one self checkout register was open even though there was a line of people waiting. A store associate finally came and unlocked some more registers for people to check out on. The register I was at needed a store associate to enter her number before I could finish checking out. We waited 15 minutes with the light blinking for someone to come help but no one ever did. I then switched to a new register to check out which worked just fine. While leaving I was chased into the parking lot by the same associate who unlocked the register saying I did not pay for the raspberries I bought, even though the buzzers at the exit didn’t go off, and that I needed to provide my receipt for her to leave me alone. I was humiliated. Won’t be coming back.
