This location is almost Piggly Wiggly quality. Essentially only do self checkout and hard to do when they never clean the scanners. Take some pride, especially when making the customers do your jobs while you jack up the prices.

I will like to thank the manager Donnie Crawford for going above and beyond to fix a major problem I experienced at his store yesterday (Friday) I called the store today and asked for a manager, spoke to Mr Donnie Crawford and in less than 5 minutes he really, really fixed a situation that I endured for 24 hrs . Thank you so much sir !!

This Kroger has really gone down hill. This is the 9th time I’ve come in the afternoon with great weather and there isn’t a single shopping cart upon entering. They are all in the parking lot, and a kid that works here is sitting outside on his phone instead of getting the carts. He has the vest on so clearly he is lazy and getting compensated for it. I’m always getting bumped into by the staff zooming around the store, and they don’t apologize or say a word, sometimes they ask me to help them do their jobs and hand them empty cardboard off the shelves. Why hire these lazy kids with absolutely zero work ethic? Crazy rudeness. I’m only going to Publix from now on, they know how to treat a customer with actual respect. And by the way, you need to make sure your employees stop leaving their scanner guns on the shelves because that red laser is going to end up hurting someone!!! This store is absolutely going downhill fast. The only positive experience I’ve had is at the self check out. All of the women working there are always helpful. It’s a shame they don’t run this store.

Kroger has the products I want, however, it's very confusing to understand what the price is. Nearly every time I need to ask a cashier to check on a price.

Wanted to give a kudos to clerk Celt who patiently walked my groceries out to my car and paused with me while I caught my breath. Then he remembered my umbrella that I left in the cart and brought it to my window. Thanks for the extra service with a smile ?.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. Ever since the merge, return & exchange policy has changed. The employees at customer service are rude and talk down to you. We used to spend a lot of money here but now we won't even barley walk into this place. I rather shop at Publix hands down and pay extra for a more peaceful shopping experience!

I can usually find everything I need. If I plan ahead and shop their sales along with coupons on the app and in the mail, I also save a lot of money. Staff at the Hendersonville and Belle Meade locations are great - friendly and helpful!

Kroger pickup has a long way to go for whatever reason half the items that they sell in the store are not available online. In the past we have gotten a message for any Cuts or substitutions and now you may not hear anything until they come up to your window it would be very nice of the groceries and had those sitting in your car melting everywhere

The employees just start at you awkwardly and then when you ask for help they just say someone will be there and takes 10 minutes because they only have one person helping the self checkout but that’s the only thing open half the time! Kroger is trash! I don’t know what happened to the service they used to provide but I’d rather go to Publix! Publix is more expensive when it comes to some items but it’s worth it just to have some customer service!

Great store, always pretty well stocked, but I'm baffled by the decision to close a register at 1045 in the morning when all of your lines are going halfway down the aisles.
