I have only had excellent experiences with the staff at this pharmacy. Each member interaction has been helpful, friendly, and understanding. They have gone out of their way to make certain we get the best prices on medications, have handled mishaps with our doctors offices courteously and professionally, and have even found me medications at another location when they were out of stock at this one. I cannot praise them enough. I am grateful for these wonderful people!

I was just told ALL MEDICINE MUST BE CALLED IN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE because they're short of staff. When does it become the customer problem that you're short of staff? Kroger is passing on their staffing issues to the customers now...WOW!! Everyone is complaining on being short of staff these days and all medicine can not be called in 24 hour in advance.

The person running the front counter at the pharmacy was rude and aggressive in a totally unnecessary and unprovoked way. I watched her interaction with the customer in front of me and she was kind to him and chatted him up about the Texas toast he was buying. When I approach the counter she is immediately curt and dismissive. She tells me she doesn't know how long it will take to fill an antibiotic prescription, says maybe 24 hours, maybe longer? Then, she is unable to pull up my prescription in the system and stops speaking to me or trying to help the situation. Basically just waiting for me to leave. I left the store, then called and left an angry voice mail afterwards. A few days later my wife goes to pick up the prescription, and they outright refuse to fill it.TLDR: The kroger pharmacy at glenbrook shopping center is unprofessional and offers the poorest of customer service.

The management at this Kroger seems to be absolutely clueless when it comes to adequate inventory stocking. Compared to other Kroger stores in the area they consistently run out of sale items as if it's almost intentional. The employees don't acknowledge as you passed them and seem to hate their jobs. Kroger corporate management needs to take a look at the store and figure out why The store seems to be run so haphazardly. They seem to have content for customers; not appreciation

Why have a mask policy if you won't enforce it? I am consistently one of the only people there who wears a mask. The employees don't even wear them correctly, if they wear them at all.

This Kroger added more u scans because they have hired the laziest humans on earth. I went in there today on a Friday, September 25th at 6:15pm and they had NO LANES OPEN FOR LARGE ORDERS (I GUESS SINCE THEY ADDED EXTRA U SCANS THAT THEY THINK THEY CAN STAND AROUND AND GET PAID WHILE THE CUSTOMERS DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE DOING) they had 3 employees standing in lane 4, the 2 guys were seeing whos hands were the biggest standing and the female was acting (stalling) like she was wiping the conveyor off and talking to the guys while they had the lane closed and the u scans were backed up!!!This has turned into the WORST KROGER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Defund all the managers at this Krogers for screwing it up and hiring people that do not want to work!!!!!

Kroger Glenbrook Hendersonville Tn Click it service ... I totally understand that with the Covid 19 outbreak that these stores have been overwhelmed . Now that the cities are opening back up and more people are getting out that should lighten their work load . My issue is the incompetent service you get .. not once but twice now I have returned home without over half of my order . I have been charged for it but did not receive the items . I use the service because my spouse has underlying health conditions and I don't want to bring anything home to to him . This is at two different stores , the first time was the Kroger store on Main St In Kroger's . Then last night it was the store at Glenbrook . Upon calling back I was told that maybe it was a glitch and put on hold . The young lady returned to the phone and said umm we have the rest of your items here I guess they were over looked . Maybe my expectations are too high ( if your going to offer a service then make sure you have competent people to fulfill that service correctly . I have used Shipt and it's correct every time even though it cost a little more at least I do t have the headaches of running down part of a missing order .

this has got to be the worst kroger in this district. no checkout people at all at Pam in the morning. I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I have to beg someone to check me out. I'm elderly and am not going to be forced to do the self checkout. I don't work for kroger

Shopped there since it opened years ago, mainly on Monday mornings. Came back from vacation 2 weeks ago and everyone is gone from the manager to the checkers, baggers and stockers. The friendly atmosphere is gone. My bags are overstuffed and break. Today a popular aisle was TOTALLY blocked by a huge pallet about 6 feet high and she made no effort for a way for me to even walk by, much less push a cart with $200 worth of groceries. Unless all the workers have switched days I’m not going back anymore. They don’t even look you on the eye. And having to re-bag when I get to the car? Nope. Over it.
