Great customer service for Amazon returns. Very efficient and prompt. Encouraged me to stay and use the 15% off coupon and even checking out with self checkout near closing time was efficient and pleasant!

Excellent customer service experience today! Numerous employees asked if I needed any help, and the ones that did help went above and beyond. I went to exchange an online purchase, and it turned out what I had purchased had gone to clearance after I bought it. The manager gave me the clearance price which was a significant savings. Plus, it was a bit of a process to exchange the online purchase, but the 2 people helping me were super friendly and patient.

Went to the Kohl’s in Hendersonville, TN to get the Easter bundle of Bluey stuffy and book. None anywhere. Employee, Ross, heard me and looked on their computer and found they just came in today. He went to the back and brought back what I wanted and emptied box putting others in the appropriate section. What a very thoughtful and kind man!

I had the good fortune yesterday to be waited on at Kohl's Hendersonville's Customer Service by Vickie (Vicky). She was cheerful, knowledgeable and efficient. She turned a dreaded return transaction into a very pleasant experience. Five stars to her, and for the appearance of the store in general.

Large Kohl’s with a wide selection of clothes and household items. Nice friendly staff, especially Caley that checked us out.

The employees at this store are Awesome! Kohls has always given good customer service.
Please bring back all of the employee assisted checkouts. The self check out feels like Walmart.
