Horrendous, run as fast as you can. Seriously... Dealt with this company for weeks on end and could not get an answer from underwriting was the story over and over. Noone at the office would contact me back. I personally made a trip to see Kevin after none of the other employees would help me. After seeing Kevin still took about 2 weeks to receive any info on loan approval. Simply unreal!

Kevin and Megan made this process as enjoyable as applying to a loan could be. They worked diligently on my application with me and kept me updated every step of the way. We managed to wrap things up just in time for my closing and I’m very grateful for all the help to get me into my own home!

After dealing with the loan for months, I was disappointed that it was no better than my last loan officer. Underwriting asking question, I was not communicated. Instead of letting me know the situation from the beginning, I was not. Poor communication skills. Would not recommend at all.

My wife and I are expecting our first child and had to move out of our 1 bedroom apartment asap to make room for our growing family. We’re first time homebuyers and were a little nervous to buy because it was our first time. Kevin Long and CMG changed our perspective on buying! They made it a very easy and seamless process. After we closed on our home my Wife and I said to each other “wow I didn’t realize buying a home was this easy”. I appreciate Kevin and CMG’s communication and honesty throughout the process.
