Excellent customer service. Visiting the area from out of town and got a windshield crack on the highway. Was able to drop in and they got me in and fixed quickly. Crack is completely gone. Way to go Jack Morris Glass!

Excellent repair for under quarter size crack. Visibly but minimized exceptionally. Fair pricing. Quick in and out and clear communication; setting expectations and explaining alternate solutions. Friendly and polite, professional. Would highly recommend from my experience.

Replaced with a lower-quality Tesla aftermarket windshield which is much noisier than the original without confirming that it would be different (worse).

Fantastic, fast service at less than half the cost of the dealer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in the time they projected and it was easy. Will absolutely use again in the future!!

I scheduled via phone for about $500 per vehicle for glass repair, but when I arrived at their location, they saw the actual issues and fixed them for no cost and in very little time.
They are an honest business that is worth my time to make a review for. I’ll be coming back to them, when I have other glass issues with my car.

Jack Morris did two jobs for me, and both were great. The first was a windshield replacement on one of my cars. They did a perfect job at a great price. I'm trilled with the result. The second was a chip repair on my other car, and they were like surgeons. I never expected the repair to look this good.

I called Jack Morris for a new windshield. The lady working told me she would have to contact vendor and would return my call. 3 weeks later, no return call. I then called a second time and spoke with another lady. I was told the previous lady was NLE. She proceeded to take down all of my info/request again and stated she would get back with me. One week later, still no return call. Perhaps others have had great experiences, but not me!
