Not sure what has happened to this place. I walked in, there were at least four women at the counter and one on the floor have an intense gossip conversation with a customer. Not once was I greeted the whole 15 minutes I was in there looking. I had to say excuse me twice just to get to the back of the store and interrupt a gossip session going on. Passed by the counter twice and still not one person spoke to me.
This used to be a really cute place and everything was merchandised really nice. Now, it's like they are just fitting everything into a small space and trying to do too much. Service used to be good, too. Seems now it caters to 50+ and if you're any younger, they won't even entertain you.

My first time in the store was today. I went in to get my therapy dog's vest name embroidered on her vest. Today was my dog's first day wearing the vest. The lady in the store told me I had to take the vest home, get it cleaned, and then bring it back. The vest was literally brand new and my dog had just been bathed. I took it home and wiped off a few dog hairs and it's in pristine condition. I will not be going back. First impressions are the most important. It's too bad because it looked like a nice store but after being insulted that was enough for me. I think there are better ways this could have been handled especially when you are a new potential customer.

Just a shout out to the folks at initial this. This is the third golf bag embroidery they have done for me. Their work is impeccable. They are friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend doing business with these folks.

I dont generally post these reviews, but felt that I needed to for this store. Throughout my time in there, I was approached and had several conversations with multiple employees and they were all SO sweet. I felt welcome and just warm and fuzzy being in there, as weird as it sounds. Maybe it was the Christmas-y atmosphere combined with the friendliness, but it was really nice. Also, not to mention that their store is filled to the brim with awesome items. I got my Christmas shopping done for several people and got a few things for myself. Ill definitely be back and cant recommend it enough!

Love the warm welcome at initial this. Really impressed after my first interaction with the owner she knew my name 3 months later. Lots of variety in her store. Great value for the price. Something for everyone.
