Very clean and updated hotel. Maybe a few weird design decisions with bathroom layout but manageable. It's very central to Hendersonville. Allyssa was very friendly and accommodating.
Only feedback/critique is the breakfast hours. They end at 9am and it'd be really nice if they were open a bit later. Food was good though.

We stayed for one night on a weekday, as part of a family road trip. The building is in good condition, nice lobby, gym and pool, good breakfast. Very nice rooms, modern and spacious (comfortable for 5 people).
The only downside is that there's no guest laundry, and that it's pretty far from Nashville. But considering the price- it's very good value ?
Rooms: Beautiful, modern, spacious and comfortable, well furnished and equipped
Nearby activities: Half an hour away from Nashville and the Grand Ole Opry
Safety: We felt very safe, it's in a quiet and clean area, no issues
Walkability: Not really within walking distance to the city or tourist attractions
Food and drinks: It's what you'd expect, on par with the Hampton Inn, not amazing but also not bad, good value considering the price
Noteworthy details: The rooms are better than similar hotels at that price range. The pool is outdoor, only enjoyable when the weather is warm

This is one of the best hotels that I have been to. The rooms are large enough for a family of 4 and the sofa - bed, mini office is a nice touch. USB ports for charging and a really sumptuous spread for breakfast. I had a lot of luggage and they put them in a separate storage room so that the bags did not clutter our room. We had an amazing stay. Recommend booking directly in case your plans change.
Rooms: 2 double beds with a sofa bed/office space. Large TV.

The customer service is terrible! We left a mirror in the room and got the run around to find out house keeping stole it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They lie and steal and try to benefit off tips that you have to pick out and take to the counter yourself after telling them your room number. You call and ask for management and there is none there and you have some one from not even this country try to help you. This is the most woke hotel you could stay at or so that I have stayed out period. Zero help what so ever I recommend to stay away.

We had a great experience. The room was large and everything was clean and well supplied. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had great conversations with the staff.
Rooms: Clean and well stocked
Nearby activities: Several restaurants near by
Safety: We felt very safe
Walkability: It's a fairly long walk to get to restaurants.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was great. We ate there two days.

Less than 1 mile from about 20 diff restaurants and Walmart Home Depot and more….. the breakfast provided was great with several different options including yogurt and fresh fruit / eggs meat tortillas potatoes/ or simple cereal and oatmeal

Clean rooms, nice renovations, good breakfast, close to my event in Hendersonville. Thank you to Villar for being a gracious host and bartender at the front desk! Would return next year.

I’d only rate this hotel a 2 or 2.5. The lobby area was nice, but the rooms were not so nice. My husband & I stayed in a king room. The bathroom was teeny tiny. You basically had to get into the shower to shut the bathroom door because the door barely misses the toilet. Overall just felt more low quality & dingy for a Hyatt. Wouldn’t stay at this location again!

A bit off the beaten path, but if you're trying to stay in the Nashville area without paying downtown prices, this hotel is a great option. Everything was clean, breakfast and coffee were great and staff were helpful and friendly. One thing I did not care for were the pillows, they were small and uncomfortable. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations.
Rooms: Clean, well appointed.

My mobile data is faster than the wifi here. Can't even load up a webpage on their wifi.....take me back to the 90s. Dialup is faster than their wifi speed!

No pool, no fitness center, no business center. Granted they were in the process of a remodel but no secondary accommodations (i.e. day passes to the gym next door). Being a Gold Elite member and not able to utilize the property fully or at least with secondary accommodations is somewhat disappointing...Hyatt dose it right, take notes

This hotel is located in a great spot there in Hendersonville and the staff here is wonderful. They’ve just completed a remodel and I’ll have to admit the reason why I gave it four stars as I’m not happy with what they did to the rooms. They actually took some of the nice features out and did not make the room business person, friendly
They made the work desk smaller, and they took out the wet bars with the sinks in them that they used to have and put in smaller refrigerators doesn’t make any sense why they did that but other than that it’s a great hotel
