“It’s a big box store, same pricing as similar box stores. Decent on sale pricing, check web site for better deals when purchasing appliances tho, you can find better deals than at store. They do have almost everything you’ll need for home projects.”
“I chose Home Depot for my installation of blinds and sliding barn doors. They came almost immediately to measure however I could never get to the store when there was someone working that could help in either department nor were they willing to take appointments. I switched my blind business to a locally owned company and I switched my barn door business to Lowes. Even though I attempted 3x to go in person to get my orders/installation done, I still received a followup call "reminding me" they had my measurements and I needed to come in. The person who called was in Millwork and has been an employee of Home Depot for 25 years (I'm afraid I can't remember his name). I explained to him all of my troubles and he opted to refund both measurement payments in Millwork and Blinds. He was a gem to speak with and I only wish I was able to have dealt with him from the beginning. He turned my 1 star to 4 stars just for his customer service. My advice to the Hendersonville, TN location: there should always be a manager on duty and that manager should know the ins and outs in each department to help customers if there is no one scheduled for a specific department. Also, give this 25 year vet a permanent schedule so he can tell customers when to come in person to guarantee he'll be there to help.”
“This review is specifically for the PetVet Clinic. I had the greatest experience with the crew here today. I have a 7 month old Cane Corso who doesn't get out much so therefore has anxiety/fear of new places. When I'm telling you that I had to DRAG him out of the car and through the store, I'm not joking. I became extremely winded just from having to drag my 100lb puppy. Several times I had to stop and take a seat with him on the ground to coax him. Upon entering the staff I was warmly greeted by Rebecca, Cheyenne, and Dr. Pace. Each member of this team was phenomenal in their customer service and never once made me feel as if my puppy was being difficult or that we were taking too long. He even had an accident due to being so scared and they made no big deal out of it!! They loved on Odin to make him comfortable and were so knowledgeable. Turns out my poor pup has dermatitis and acne so we got him fixed up with topicals until his next visit in 3 weeks. Once again I appreciate the staff's patience with my pup and I. They are definitely are our go to now for wellness visits and annual shots. I look forward to building a relationship with the team. See ya'll in 3 weeks and thank you once again!! Can't recommend them enough!”
