We had the most amazing experience with Brooke and the rest of the staff at HAV. They were so patient and kind while I was dealing with my bank, if I could I’d give 1000 stars for truly just how amazing they were, we left with a New Acura and new friends. I appreciate them so much and look forward to working with them again in any other car purchase I have.

Brooke was wonderful, otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Purchased a car a month ago and have already been left stranded twice and spent thousands in repairs, and there’s still codes going off today. I’m not saying they cleared the codes without fixing the problems, but the car was on the lot way too long for someone there not to know about all the issues.

Bought a beautiful Volvo completely over the phone with Brooke. She was amazing, even dealing with my difficult credit union. She responded quickly with phone calls, texts, and paperwork. I felt like I was her only customer, but found out she sold 6 cars that day besides mine.
