The variety is astounding, the quality, top rate. And by buying packages of select meats you'll save money over grocery store prices. Plus add I've said earlier the selection of products allows you to get what you want, not just what's packaged lord knows where and put on the shelf.I don't know if they do custom cuts but that'll be my next question for them.If you're interested in high quality, reasonable priced good products check them out.
