Had been in search of a place to store my camper that was close to home but not too far away and at first call was told there was nothing available. Continuing my search I accidentally called the same number and got the same guy and he told me that he hadn’t checked the other facility when we spoke and apologized and upon looking he said there was an open Spot and I was so relieved… he was very professional and gave me a really good experience.. thank you

If I could give negative stars I would. I rented from the wrong location and immediately caught it. Called their number seconds after after the submission to cancel. Gave my name and phone number. No one called. Called a second time. No call back. Called a third time and spoke to Vani. She would not give me any other way to cancel except wait on this return call. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

We have had two storage units at this facility for 24 months. During those 24 months, we have had numerous rate increases. When we first rented the units, the fee was $200!(per unit), I just received another notice regarding another fee increase and the new rate is $321! They are absolutely price gouging their customers.

I called ahead for information & to schedule an appointment for signing a lease. I was very pleased with the quick service I received. I was told they have very good security, so that was very reassuring to hear.
