The unit itself is the perfect size I needed and the people I was in contact with were excellent, however, I was not shown or able to see the unit until after renting it and there is no way to access it with a dolly because there is a slanted step up. Its sideways on a hill. And, I cannot back up a truck and trailer to the entrance due to lack of room between buildings. I would definately ask to see the unit first, next time. If it were more functionally convenient I would give 5 stars.

Be careful when renting here! Property is not fully fenced and they jack up the prices quite often but do nothing to improve the property that I can see. Also it's not staffed. You walk in the "office" and electronically talk to someone halfway across the country. As Billy Joel sings..."I'm movin' out"....

The storage unit was clean and size was as advertised. They did tell me the advertised price was a promotion price and would increase after 90 days. Wasn't really happy about that but they at least disclosed that at the time. The complex is built on a hillside and a little difficult to access with a large truck but we didn't have that much stuff so not an issue for us.

I was very pleased to reserve and secure a unit Saturday afternoon. It was very straightforward and smooth from the time I spoke with the representative that was at another location and they went right over and met me withing a few minutes.

Chris was super helpful. Got everything set up and signed online in minutes. The place is clean and the driveway is more fun than any roller coaster! The gate happens to be out of service. Hope it gets repaired soon.

I would really recommend Go Stor it to anyone who needs to store stuff. I recently rented a storage parking space for my RV. Chris was very helpful and was really very nice in helping with the process. He even guided us up to the spot to look at it before signing anything. Great work.
