I’ve seen a ton of mixed reviews on Giggles And Glam so I was hesitant to go but just wanted to say how GREAT of an experience we had with Kennedy today for our first haircut. ???♀️ If you have a kid who is on the spectrum, has sensory sensitivities, or is shy/nervous about a haircut, Kennedy is your girl! She was extremely kind, gentle, timely, and knew how to match my daughter’s energy for her to feel comfortable/safe right away (which rarely happens with strangers). She never rushed us and noticed when my daughter was getting overstimulated and would make adjustments accordingly. She listened when I made requests (for shorter layers and bangs) and checked in with me throughout the cut to make sure we were happy. She let my daughter pick her seat (they have cute cars, airplanes, or regular chairs), engaged with my daughter about her favorite princesses/shows, put on Bluey for her, and helped her make a wish with some sparkles in her hair at the end (optional). I highly recommend her. Plus it’s so cute and clean inside! We will definitely be back!

Took my 2yr old for a haircut and they had a methhead working in the shop. Guy was the high of shrooms according to him and kept saying he's screwing the owner

Scheduled a spa day for my daughters birthday a month in advance, and plans changed, so I called two days prior in order to cancel. I was advised that deposits are not refunded regardless of how far in advance the appointment is canceled. Their website and the email confirmation I received both mention that the cancellation policy is 24 hours. However, I was told that for a longer visit, the deposit is always kept. I wanted to make sure others were aware of this before scheduling anything because I've never heard of this type of policy, and I don't want others to be surprised by this like I was.
Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted by the general manager, who apologized for what happened and agreed to refund my deposit. She seemed really nice and very genuine.

Not at all what I expected(online it was almost as if it was only a "nail salon",for the services I selected it was not worth the money,the stylist who helped with my daughters service did not have much a personality for "kids" she seemed to be "faking" it, I had to ask for things that's were included in her service,it was VERY loud whenever others came in so much that she didn't seem to enjoy her experience,her fingernails and toenails were not painted completely,I'm sure she cut my daughters hair whenever she put the glitter microbead in which is not what I wanted,lastly I had to ask for a bag or something to put her lipgloss/sugar scrub in and they said they were on "back order" definitely would just be taking my money elsewhere

Took my toddlers in for their first haircut today. This place is so adorable. Everyone was very welcoming and the ladies who worked on my toddlers were so patient on the little busy bodies. The whole atmosphere is perfect for kids of all ages and they also have services for adults as well. I definitely recommend this place to take your kiddos for their haircuts. We did the “babies first haircut” and it came with before and after photos on a certificate as well as a lock of their hair.

I scheduled for a mommy and me mani pedi and the lady who was supposed to do my nails showed up 30min or more late so someone else ended up doing my pedicure. By the time I even got someone to my chair my daughter was completely done. This was supposed to be a special mommy and me day due to the fact that it was my last day off of work until I went on maternity leave & the day was just supposed to be spent pampering my daughter. I had scheduled the appointment at 1pm and we didn't leave until 2:50pm. Majority of that time was spent sitting in the chair soaking my feet in cold water & my daughter running around the salon which made it less enjoyable bc I was having to get her to settled down while stuck in the chair because my pedicure wasn't started until after she was completely done. On top of that we traveled from Lebanon which is not a short drive. I had a little bit higher expectations when the lady that showed up late did my manicure & unfortunately she rushed through it and I left with bumpy nails & cotton lint stuck to the polish. She didn't say a word & I tried to make conversation with her to lighten the mood & she still wasn't very responsive. You could definitely tell her mood was off & didn't want to be at work. She wasn't very friendly which isn't a good look for a salon that specifically caters to children. I'm really torn about the whole situation especially with the price that it cost me & how my nails look.

I enjoyed the way you decorated the space and had a fun place for the kids to sit. The stylist was friendly and made my daughter feel calm. She even did a little hairdo along with the trim, and it was a fun look. It was a great experience for everybody.
