Store employee reached over to click through the card reader screens, and lied when I asked if she was signing me up for something - signed me up for text messages, which is what I thought I saw 🤨🤨

workers were not very friendly or welcoming. they profiled me and my friends as soon as we walked in the store. jewelry starting losing color the next day. not a very good experience and probably won’t buy from there again.

I shop in Francesca’s frequently. Today I was shopping for my daughter and it was a very unpleasant experience. The lady working didn’t acknowledge us, looked mad and it was just very uncomfortable. I’m wondering if perhaps it’s under new management?
