UPDATE: All companies have customer service issues from time-to-time. The difference between the great companies and all of the rest is the way they deal with the issue. Today, Flower Express called me to apologize for the quality of the original bouquet, and offered to send a replacement. The replacement looks exactly like I expected the original to look, and my wife is very happy with it.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I like shopping locally, and for several years, the Hendersonville Flower Express has been my favorite flower shop for deliveries. And my wife has really enjoyed the flowers that I sent her from the Flower Express.However, I was really disappointed in the Valentine flowers that I bought for my wife. They were underwhelming when they were delivered, and now, one day later, many of the blossoms have already wilted.

Our father passed away recently. The funeral home asked if we'd like to use Flower Express because we had used.them for a previous funeral. We agreed. We requested a red, white, and blue arrangement with red roses. I saw the funeral director write our request of red roses. What we got was an arrangement made mainly of cheap carnations. The arrangement cost $300. The roses held sentimental value for us. We were very disappointed. If they weren't able to honor our request, the florist should have contacted us. We could have chosen other flowers or made different arrangements.
